So far so good. I've tried other services and I had some frustrations that I didn't have with Brevo.
I think Brevo is easy to use and it's also complete. I can easily create and schedule my emails and I think the free version is great for small businesses. The paid versions have a fair price.
It doesn't have an app and it's terrible on the phone browser, so I can only use it with a desktop. Sometimes I want to write and prepare some campaigns while using my phone, but it's impossible.

Très decevant, Brevo intègrent leur logo dans vos emails de manière automatique par defaut. Il faut payer une option pour le supprimer mais attention : autant l'intégration par defaut est automatique, autant sa suppression est manuelle et vous devez vous même retirer ce logo de vos templates mais cela n'est pas dit. Quand je découvre le problème et demande à me faire rembourser les mois payés pour un service non rendu, on me réponds qu'ils ne remboursent pas les services inutilisés. Très malhonnête comme démarche...
Interface relativement claire. Connecteur prestashop
conversation : la version de base bien que gratuite est peu intéressante, il faut payer pour avoir quelque chose de correct mais le prix n'est pas attractif.
