Pros
Great when working with multiple domains. Learning tools provided have been a great asset.
The opportunity forecast is one of the most useful features and is great when I need to create pitches and proposals for new clients as it shows the ROI on investment into SEO.
The absolute best part about BrightEdge is its ability to predict how much value each SEO change is worth.
Pros
Super nice userinterface, especially the "create new ads" and "Bulk upload" features, real sense of accomplishment, very useful and recommandation, around 50 different types of recommandations.
This software is very user-friendly. It is also fantastic at telling you what to improve in your campaign and helps find mistakes in your campaign.
Overall it's awesome, I've used much more expensive competitors like Wordstream and Opteo is more fun, easier to use and gives as good or better suggestions for a fraction of the cost.
Cons
Also, the service just doesn't work well, almost every time I use Brightedge it crashes, the UX is horrible and clumsy, and it requires so much manual entry.
At times, the workflow module within BrightEdge Content can be frustrating.
It's sometimes hard to navigate the different menus to find the features I'm looking for - not all of the options are named intuitively.
Cons
Suggestions occur for a variety of topics such as exact match keyword suggestions, negative keywords, bid adjustments, pausing poorly performing ads, placement exclusions and many more.
The confirmation window when it does a task can be a little annoying which just seems to add time to processes, I think previously this wasn't part of the software.
Occasionally (1 in20 suggestions) the API between Opteo and AdWords errors out. In those cases, you must enter AdWords directly and implement the suggestion manually.
