Pros

The ability to schedule posts to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter all at once is such a great time saver. The site is easy to understand and use and I highly recommend it.
Their platform is straightforward and very userfriendly. The company also has great customer service, feels honest and real, and hosts a great Podcast about social media.
They also have some interesting analytics tools that are helpful in determining a good time to post for your content.

Pros

The support is excellent and they have a cool interface where you can submit your question with a screenshot simultaneously.
I like the overall functionality and the drag-and-drop aspect of moving items around, which happens frequently in our world. I also like the ability to create series.
In addition, the customer support team is very responsive and friendly, another added benefit.

Cons

Terrible UI and terrible performance I have repeated contacted them and still the software stops working on Macbook pro having to reload 3 times in a hour.
Connection problems happen fairly often with LinkedIn - this may be more on the platform side than with Buffer itself, but it's frustrating nonetheless.
Their pricing structure is also confusing with different prices for publishing, analyzing and replying. It can make it difficult for potential clients to understand exactly what they're paying for.

Cons

Notifications of comments and status updates are often categorised as spam. This is, of course, not entirely down to Divvy but it does somewhat defeat the purpose of a collaborative platform.
The search function is not very specific, so when working on many projects at once, it's hard to find a specific one. The calendar function is also difficult to personalize your deadlines.
The search functionality is severely lacking and usually does not bring up what I am looking for. This makes everything else harder as it takes much longer to find campaign items.
