Initially lacked an easy way to manage large amounts of folders and video content in folders

Buto integrates with our marketing automation tech-stack and also has a great API to help us report internally to stakeholders without the need for manual hours spent pulling reports. We set periodic reporting for our video performance to share amongst team members which help us measure impact and engagement. The platform is easy to use and it's upload and encode time is fast - meaning less time is spent waiting for content to be published.

When we initially on-boarded with Buto, the platform had limited Podcast functionality. In the beginning, it meant we had to change internal processes. However, by consulting with it's users and listening to their needs, Buto have put in place a release timeline with changes that helped us achieve what was required in relation to Podcast functionality.

Lovely interface, really easy to use, . You can tell a lot of effort has gone into the design and usability of the site. Uploading, embedding, adding subtitles is all very easy.

Users can not comment on a video. Not sure you can put restrictions on a video either. Not adaptive for mobile devices.

I think there's plenty of perks to Buto. One that I find most beneficial is the ability to replace video without having to change the shareable link/URL.

I think it would be great to have the ability to 'tag' users to a video project. By doing this you could review the videos associated to that user. At the moment I struggle to locate videos when searching by user.

Easy to use players - embed, add slides, captions, auto publish to Youtube. Integrations - key marketing automation platforms, CaptionHub. Plus an API to pull content. Interaction - building calls to action and resources on top of the player. Analytics - solid analytics for reporting and an API.

The admin area has recently been redesigned which has helped - still some minor enhancements could be done. Work in progress on more robust tagging of videos - supports standard tagging but some of our clients have very structured taxonomy.

As a company with security and information control at the centre of what we do, Buto makes it very easy to upload, manage and distribute video content to the people we want and to ensure it is safe. It is able to play video files as well as audio (podcast) files which means it is versatile while still very simple to use within our team.

The only thing we would change is the ability to update the screen position of the subtitles on videos

Initially, was hard to understand interface, but all of that has resolved​
