The only negative I can say is that the insights and analytics with our accounts don't function the way that'd like, to properly see our analytics on demand (they are working on this though).

The pop up on POS that allows tam members to send review requests is misleading. The "Do Not Send" button is highlighted and flashing, leading team members to select that option instead.

Excellent Product

Largely excellent! A few minor issues have come, but the support staff appears to be right on it, from billing to more technical matters. Long story short, they are a valued partner that helps our brand reputation eclipse that of our competitors in five US states.

Fast and easy

Generating online reviews are critical for businesses, and that is the main focus for us with Chekkit. We do also have their web chat app installed on our site but that is secondary for us.

Very friendly staff. Easy to use. Patients get the text very quick. We are always aware of any changes weather it be via email or a call from a staff member. They are always looking to improve.
