The overall experience has been good. I would rate 8/10 with multiple scopes of improvements.
Easy to use feature(s) with clean UX. Value for money & insanely useful for users engagement.
User logs via CleverTap events are not present much like Mixapanel. A bit costlier as compared to other players in the same market. UI can be made much more intuitive.

Push Notifications reachable to consumers is good

If we want to send single push notification on several times, we need to schedule it manually. Single click option is not available for the same.

A goto tool for measuring/performing the day to day statistics/analysis for Dev, PMs, Engg Leaders to plan/re-iterate the next set of items to done gracefully. Impact could be easily visualised from the very first day itself. Moreover, campaign management/optimization is fairly good, enabling better targeting, leading the better conversion.
Though it serves the purpose pretty well, documentation could be enhanced, beta Doc UI is good initiative. Expecting things to be more fast and furious 😅 (being greedy).

So user friendly my kids could probably figure it out! We use Clever Tap for many different reasons in our business, it's intuitive, the data makes sense, and I can touch on every part of my customer life cycle. Their team is amazing too. We often have big ideas and big asks, but they don't even balk, they listen and they react!

Overall the product is well designed, easy to understand and works well. The technical documentation is thorough. The pricing is reasonable. The initial free package is generous and allows to do much before paying the first time. Customer support is fantastic. I've been sending tons of questions to their technical expert during our integration phase and she never failed to respond within an hour (a couple of hours max), or jump on a call to further assist.
Although apps can do much within the free package, some fairly basic features do require payment, such as being able to get the list of users who performed a specific action. Not having access to such features within the free package has made testing and reporting more difficult.

Customer Engagement and targetted notifications are 2 very powerful uses of this service. Notifications based on different user journeys is very useful for different apps.
Clevertap Api for its use cases should be more exhaustive so that most of the things can be automated and jobs can be set without manual efforts

1. Versatility of Features - there are a lot of things which can be done from a single platform - right from measuring success of a feature to launching a campaign
1. Error with real time data - a lot of times data for last 1-2 hrs is incorrect. It needs a certain value of events to be fired to be shown on dashboard. 2. Dashboard is not customisable

It allows to build funnels and target users at the grassroot level. As long as event definition is good, there is nothing you cannot pull out from this platform.
The analytics and reporting is very buggy. The reports that come in for campaigns are also very difficult to understand, making it tough to fix

The CleverTap integration is simple and their documentation is thorough. Easy to use software which helps us schedule and run campaigns without running to the developer. The support team has been quick in resolving our queries within a matter of a few hours. With CleverTap, we have been able to send users the right content in the right context and have seen improvements across the entire marketing funnel.
Though they have an awesome in-app message builder, it would be great to have a few templates that we can directly use.

Very helpful in launching quick mobile campaigns setting up product experiments to give us insight on what we should do next. Greatly lessens my dependency on engineering team to test a particular idea.
UI and labels can still be improved, sometimes the terms they use get me confused. Documentation helps clarify but better if it can be more intuitive

It's a great experience, a lot of times CleverTap tracking was a great reference in taking critical decisions.
It's easy to integrate, has a clean and user-friendly dashboard and tons of other features that are really useful.
The website sometimes is laggy and does not respond especially when multitasking while looking into user activity.
