I love the ease with which I can set up and respond to a survey. The process is very seamless and makes it quick to get reliable results.
Sometimes there are lags in response from the support team, but this issue isn't particular to CleverX itself. I still think they're much better than its competitors.

The overall experience with CleverX has been great. Really interesting and informative market research.
Great for research into advertising and marketing trends and preferences. Also a great way to evaluate IT uses across business platforms.
Payment for completing market research takes a very long time.

I've used the platform for completing market research for around 2 years. The support managers who reach out are knowledgeable and quick to reply. They have also done a great job only putting forward relevant forms for my expertise.
I only wish there were more to complete!

Easy to connect with experts in many different areas and industries.
Companies can reach out to you via CleverX but set up a call with a different method to avoid paying for your consultation time. Support is also slow to respond ( more than 24 hours in my experience)

On the user/expert side, CleverX is easy to use and reliable.
CleverX is easy to use and once you have a profile set up there are frequent opportunities to participate in market research, be it surveys and/or longer form interviews.
The dashboards for payment can confusing, and sometimes you might think you qualify for a survey/project but the system will remove you from the consideration set.
