I like the ease of use and the ability to navigate multiple functionalities and reporting features quickly.
I like what it looks like. The black background and colour scheme is quite nice.
Hub Planner - numerous advantages helping with business and pleasure.

Cons

Inability to adjust dates on the dashboard, and set 'line-managers' to approve time-sheets, rather than projects managers as it currently stands.
A way to revert accidental time submissions rather than having to go through the admin.
Decimal numbers of time tracking are screwed when exporting them to excel.
