Pros

Our clients love it, our staff love it, I love it. The system is in a state of constant evolution, meaning new features are developed and added over time.
But so far what I appreciate most is the customer service, specifically Becky Eberly. She has been such a great support in helping me learn the system.
Invoicing is quick and easy, as is tracking client accounts. Our team loves the simple layout for data and as administrators, we love how customizable the program is.

But they are so confused when they look at their account summary and it says "you have nothing to pay. Is there a way to possibly list quote amounts on the page.
Until April 2012 I had been managing bookings, rosters, invoicing and accounts manually. I was working 24/7 and struggling to keep my head above water.
Maybe the only negative thing is they don't have an app yet, but they are working on building it.
