What is Contegro?

Contegro is an interactive digital signage content management system which enables the creation, management, and publishing of content from a single cloud-based location.

For true automation of content, Contegro integrates into your digital workplace (I.e. SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, Yammer, Outlook, Google Sheets, Facebook Workplace etc) and Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn). Content is present visually with a high level of animation to ensure your content is eye-catching and engaging.

Contegro is hardware agnostic and delivers System on Chip support for LG and Philips commercial displays as well as physical media player support for Windows, Linux and Android operating systems.

Contegro’s cloud platform provides organizations with central management for all digital displays from a single location, whether just a single screen or a worldwide network. Users can manage custom digital signage and slide content through the web portal interface via desktop, as well as on-the-go via mobile and tablet devices. Contegro includes custom-designed, automated, and dynamic slides, and allows companies to choose from a variety of default slide layouts, or bespoke designs to suit specific company requirements.

Users can create an unlimited number of playlists using drag and drop, and assign playlists to a single display or multiple screens. Day-part and campaign scheduling tools allow users to create a 7-day schedule of slides and playlists, with the option for recurring scheduling of content. Users can also customize content by screen location through the use of content tags in order to remove any unnecessary repetition of slides or playlists, as well as create ‘themed’ items which can be set to show at specific times of the day.

We can now communicate how we're tracking across the whole business; all of our staff have insight outside of their own teams. If you're looking to remove the silo effect of business this is a great tool to start that process. It was great to be able to have a smooth installation, and a seamless business integration, only issue was learning the system, but that was a minor inconvenience in the scheme of things.

Pros
Effective tool that seamlessly communicates with our business, and with haste. There is no lag in the display, everything runs at optimal speed and clarity. It is flexible in what you want to display, and you can easily add things post-development in no time at all. The training from Labyrinth was extensive, so you're left feeling confident in using it.

Cons
Initially tough to learn your way around as the buttons were all hidden in the corners. Once you get used to that it's a breeze!
