We're attempting to create a revenue marketing operation in our organisation, we need a tool that helps us align all marketing personnel to the objectives for each Half, quarter and month. Cooperate offers this at an almost unbeatable price. Their team is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about marketing and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the platform works for your organisation. If you're working with dispersed teams that have bespoke processes, cooperate allows you to align that teams and create repeatable, scalable processes aligned to the customer journey. Their vision of creating customisable experiences means you can plop down a campaign, tweak it to conditions and money should spit out money at the end. Like any good software platform, it's not exactly plug and play and effort needs to be made to ensure the team adopts. However, Cooperate will support these efforts.

Pros
- Alignment to 21st century marketing operations, structure your campaigns and content around buyer journeys - Taxonomy Top-to-Bottom reporting - Build a marketing function around core products and report on the success of activities by asset, campaign or marketing plan. - Workflow management - allows for geographically dispersed teams to stay aligned on objectives - Content Management - A great stop-gap digital asset manager which can also function as a publishing site - Integrations - Work in progress, but has great compatibility will Salesforce instances - and will work hard particular if you've customised said instances to make sure reporting works - DOMO - has a package which includes DOMO... very nice. - Customer service - Hungry, eager team that is ready willing and able to support your success - Transparent product roadmap - Cooperate is really clear with customers about where their product is going, including existing limitations and workarounds.

Cons
- Death by feature - Need a crystal clear understanding of your own processes and buyer journey in order to maximise the value of the platform. The relationship between features can be unclear

To run a modern digital newsroom requires highly specialised software that allows you to go from the planning stage, through all the checks and balances, as well as managing your contributers posting permissions. The software meets our needs and the support we get from Cooperate is reliable and thorough.

Pros
This software allows us to run an entire multichannel content publishing website and streamline all our editorial workflows in a really efficient and clear way. Distributing content, managing user permissions, managing digital assets and the ability to centralise social media activity all in the same platform makes Cooperage a really important tool for us. It's really easy for our staff to learn.

Cons
Some of the menu items are not in logical locations. For example there is an item called Site Manager under the Site Manager heading. While the software is really easy to learn, this aspect can be a bit confusing at first.

Cooperate were fantastic in helping us get our content hub launched in very tight timescales. Regular on-site visits, listened and responded to our requirements and went above and beyond to ensure we went live on the date intended.

Pros
This software has enabled us to develop our content hub in a short timescale and with it we can publish articles straight to templated web pages as well as curate content quickly. It allows us to be responsive to the news cycle and publish accordingly. Being able to move articles around on the live page is a great feature too.

Cons
While overall the software is easy to use and fairly intuitive, there are some layouts that are not perhaps as logical or user-friendly as they could be.

Pros
A capable and rapidly-evolving, B2B-focused content marketing platform. Cooperate's journey-driven capability enables marketers to align, together with sales teams, the planning, producing, distributing and measuring of their content with their journeys. The Cooperate team is highly responsive, loaded with experienced, smart people and their competitive pricing model rounds out a compelling proposition.

Cons
Would like to see them establish a global footprint. This is coming, however.
