Service and dedication team to get Trade Planner and Forecast Planner up running with our business requests. Training process was good to get sales force up to speed. Also, we had great support after training. Always up to improve system and bugs as they happened. Up to improve system as they see opportunities coming as example FCST Planner for Shipment forecast created and daily data into SFDC for reporting purposes
TPM is managing all data as promos, POS, Shipments and settlements. TPM and FCST Planner are linked and can manage Parent with Child accounts which is ideal for our business.
Reporting into SFDC is not ideal for our business. We had to create our reporting into tableau with third party using CPGTB data pull. Cloning process needs to be improve on Trade Planner.

It was a good group of people who worked along side us to implement and train us on a weekly basis. This is a good tool for deductions, settlements, as well as p&l management.
Cloud Services made it fast and efficient. Good software platform functionality. Very helpful and responsive teams of customer service and training staff. They listed to our feedback on the platform, and accommodated as needed.
Some times there were a few features that had errors - however, as mentioned - all inquiries where addressed in a timely manner.

Cutting planning time dramatically vs use of excel, providing accurate ROI analysis through integration with syndicated data, & providing a simpler solution to deduction management vs our prior process
