Love the deep social insights

Pros

I also enjoy their API which has been useful

Cons

No snapchat, limited capabilities with new technologies. Twitter is their main source and not always as helpful

There is so much data it can be hard to get used to how to filter and sort through it all when you are first getting into the tool.

Crimson Hexagon provide's a lot of different ways to look at the data so you're able to analyze it and easily build out the story you're looking for.
