It is hard to get customers to leave reviews. They say they will but do not get around to it.

It's just missing an API. The only way I would use it regularly is if it could be fully automated.

We have brought our 3.6 star rating to a 4.4, so I'd call it a success; however, with very little staff participation using the tool, I'm not sure Elevatie had a lot to do with it. It is a great tool, a great idea, but I feel like we were able to accomplish the same result even with our staff just asking their customers for reviews, not using the tool.

The Rep did an excellent job of explaining his software. I first heard of him during a Start Up YYC event. He helped me with a free trial. At first I was skeptical but then using it, I realized the importance of how much great reviews can impact a someone especially when first starting out. Elevatie is such a great fit and I would highly recommend it!

Elevatie is wonderful!

I was using the software to get customer reviews onto Google because my customers were not taking the time to post one themselves. This was a quick and easy way to post a review because they just had to click on a link that was sent to their phone.
