Whenever I have a question, the techs are so helpful and can direct me to exactly what I need. I also love that it can be integrated with Donor Perfect.
The ability to reach all our customers with minimal effort has been fantastic. It is straight forward and it pretty easy to use for everyone in our company.
Constant Contact is awesome to use for one of my university's clubs. It helps us sent visually appealing emails to try to spread the word about our organization and our mission.
Pros
My experience EmailListVerify has been just amazing. I would highly recommend them not only for their product which in my opinion is the best in the market but also their customer support.
It is very easy to use and clearly explains how to create filters in order to help organize your inbox to your own preferences. Has a clean, easy to follow user interface.
I am extremely happy with its results which I can see in my email campaigns. I am getting good responses.
Cons
That can be time-consuming. Also, some clients report having an issue finding the emails that come from Constant Contact, because the emails end up in spam folders or with warning messages attached.
Then the prices kept going up while service went down. And then when I need to cancel, no way to do it online, which is a sure sign of either an unethical or a desperate company.
I don't like the loss of some features in the 3rd gen. Getting rid of the html editor was a mistake, we used that regularly to manipulate text styles and colors.
Cons
There are several others who offer guarantees - up to 97% accuracy or your money back. EmailListVerify failed to offer me a refund, failed to apologise and failed to correct this mistake.
Their UI is OK, but quite confusing. They don't use the same terminology in all their screens, so its hard to see the exact emails you should mail, and the ones that are dead.
We have not had any resaon to complain about this software yet, we acheive the expected results with the delivery/cleanup.
