Extremely limited design options and reports disappear after 30 days also the fact that there is no mobile app or way too easily at campaigns on your phone is very frustrating

Oh, and when it looks like the sizes are set correctly with the words and images so they end at the same place, somehow it's always a little off from the way it looked on the site to how it looks in the actual email. But that might just be my personal sizing on my laptop.

Image management was great until 2 months ago, now I cannot view the images I integrate into campaigns from the campaign editing page , although they appear correctly in the email presentations.

You only get 3 automations on the free plan, which has forced me to cut down on the number of automations I use. But I only really need one, so it's not a terrible drawback.

This requires duplicating the campaign for each list, which can be time-consuming and increases the risk of sending duplicate emails to subscribers who appear on multiple lists.
