Integrates very easy with amazon ses and that makes the deliverability rate be so high!

The automation is very poor. You can't send emails based on behaviour but just with a delay of hours/days/weeks.

Automation is very powerful. No more paying for monthly huge fees for non sending campaigns. Very low prices and add AWS email service which is very much afforable.

Onboarding is confusing but support is very much friendly.

After researching many different email marketing companies I ultimately decided on email octopus due to the free trial and I couldn't be happier! The ease of use and being able to edit/send yourself the email before it goes out to make sure its everything you want it to be is my favorite part. I have gotten multiple people in our office to use it!

It took a little bit of moving around the website to figure out how to use it but since I have figured it out, its so easy!

Amazing support team, very responsive and kind. The tool is on a very reasonable price and being continuously developed!

lacks some features like a/b testing but they will be ready soon

Tried it for free and loved it. Simple and easy to use. Very clean and much more affordable then the completion.

Collaboration module is missing which could have been better

EmailOctopus is going up against some pretty big incumbents (ie MailChimp). They offer the same great features to help you automate and track your email blast campaigns. Even though they're relatively small by comparison, they're built on top of the Amazon Cloud, so you're guaranteed rock-solid reliability.

It seems like the analytics offered aren't quite to the same caliber as the bigger guys. They're usable and adequate, but you can't dig into the numbers very deep.

Price was reasonable but features not so easy.

Searching for existing emails to update.

It was very easy and simple to get started.

Report for sent campaigns has many details.

Email builder is not powerful enough. More templates would be useful too.

The product is fairly easy to use and I like the layouts.

Simplicity, pricing and new features added all the time. Customer support is excellent and finally I don’t feel like I’m talking to robots.

I would like to let my subscribers choose which list they want to join. This is not available at the moment.

One of the best parts of this software is email delivery with Amazon. One one the best email platform for email marketing. will definitely recommend emailoctopus to other companies.

Amazon takes time to increase the email sending limit. but once you know their criteria, it will be easy to verify.

EmailOctopus is designed very well and it's very easy to use. The price is great for my small business.

We haven't explored the api's yet but hopefully they're are easy to use.

Ease of use and reporting. Familiarity with mapping out emails.

Overall cost for higher subscribers. I use the service as a monthly/bi-monthly newsletter tops but can't pay premium pricing for when I use it so little of the time.
