We use it for our weekly newsletter on Bali Tourism and Lifestyle sent internationally. I like the way it removed hard bounces and thereby bolsters the veracity of our mailing list.

No basic complaints. A few hiccups at the beginning - but accept those issues as part of keeping spammers away from your product.

Compare EO to other Email Marketing and it is easy to use with all features you expect. Great value for $$ spent and accessible customer service too. Save money and use this great marketing tool.

At this point EO has all needed to run a small business marketing program.

EmailOctopus seems more intuitive than some of their big competition and they send friendly reminders of essential steps to take. So far I am really enjoying my experience of working with them.

I haven't found anything lacking yet though that may change over time.

I used other third web apps for my newsletter. I saw once a newsletter from emailoctopus and I decided to try. I was shocked how it was so easy the setup and the affordable price. I love the automation option. I use it for my funnels and it works very well.

I would like to redirect my subscribers to a custom page after the confirmation email.

It is a very user-friendly product!! I was using mail chimp for our Email News Letters it was difficult to navigate. Email Octopus is easy to navigate and adaptable to all of our firms needs.

Sometimes the blocks are hard to move around, but still a great product

I switched from Mailchimp to Emailoctopus when my mailing list grew and I think it was a good, money saving choice. What's more, Octopus is easy to use and their customer support is great. I highly recommend their service.

I'd like to get more data and figures about every specific recipient behaviour.

We like the fact that it works with AWS servers to help keep costs down and only pay for what you send. Although, we are still paying a decent monthly fee for the service on top.

- Can't duplicate a campaign once its been sent. This is a pain to have to recreate campaigns that you may just want to tweak a bit and resend to a new list. - No API to send mail. Big bummer. - More template options

Thanks for your review Brando. You can definitely duplicate campaigns, I've sent instructions on how to do this to your email address. As for your other feedback, we take it on board and appreciate it. We have a couple of things coming later in the year which may make you very happy, namely a new version of the API and a new editor.

I love the email editor because it allows you to build both HTML text and simple plain-text emails. Also, it's affordable. Their customer support is also outstanding. Whenever I have questions they will answer them accordingly.

I like everything about this software. I recommend it to anyone looking for an email marketing tool. It is worth your bucks.

Easy of use, great customer service, and quick to respond to my questions

When typing emails, the editor is very picky and it sometimes changes fonts by itself. I have a. hard time keeping the color of the template without it changing color on its own. There are small annoyances compared to other programs but still, they take time to correct. It would be great if EO could look into these things and make the changes.

The ease of setting up and getting my mails out straight away. I had one issue - and customer service were able to sort it out immediately.

I haven't come across any yet - wait and see.

The price is excellent, and I love that they're unrolling features constantly. Two of my favorite features are automation (a must-have), and drag-and-drop design.

It's not always intuitive to use, so I sometimes have to ask for support. However, they always get back to me quickly. Also, I'm desperate for list segmentation and have been asking for that feature for a while now.

Adding rows in an emailer is a task. Multi-column rows don't display properly on mobile.

For me, EmailOctopus is like what Mailchimp was, and what it was great about. Doing email campaigns and doing it right. EmailOctopus is that. And we love it.

It does one thing great but I would have love a bit of more user friendlyness regarding the list management.

Limited Advanced Features and Template Customization

It is super easy to use and very quick to set up.

I would like more options for the email sign-up form template they let you use. They do have API integrations that I have not dived into so this might change my mind.

Price is on-point, and the design elements work brilliantly. Quick and easy to implement.

More features would make this so much better - particularly the ability to segment lists and allow segmentation on the sign-up form, and reports available for longer periods of time to track changes.

I like that EmailOctopus is easy to use, accessible to all sorts of industries and is very affordable. They make it easy to understand the data and analytics in the reports.

I wish there was a way to view email data and effectiveness over the course of time (as in over the course of campaigns) so I could compare campaigns more easily in EmailOctopus rather than copy the data in to another app

We've used EmailOctopus for around a year now and have found it easy to use with a great set of features. Bang-for-the-buck is about mid-tier as to features, but the overall ease of use and feature set is very good. I can ask non-techie folks to perform routine tasks and they get how it works pretty quickly. We were using a large and well-known competitor and found this platform far more pleasing to use.

Nothing, really. It works very well for us without drama.
