Increase your ROI w/ Conversational Messaging by Emotive

Emotive consistently generates a 35X ROI each and every month for my clients. Some of my clients see even greater ROI, and it all has to do with conversational messaging which allows shoppers to interact and speak to a real person via SMS. A lot of SMS services allow for broadcast messaging (a la email blasts), but Emotive's approach is a bit different which allows for your shoppers to actually respond to any message you send. This generates a new level of engagement and gives your brand a chance to make a happy customer, each and every time. The best thing about it is the pricing. Yes, there are other services out there, but Emotive's pricing is so good that I recommend it every time over any of their competitors.

Pros

The way they handle SMS messaging for e-commerce storefronts. The pricing is also a huge pro!

Cons

Nothing not to like. The service works, their staff is super responsive, and once you learn about conversational messaging, you will see what I'm talking about!

Great customer service, reliable platform, good prices

We have been using Emotive for our SMS campaigns for over two years. They are a great company to work with and their customer service is fantastic. The platform is always reliable, and the customer service reps are always helping with suggestions on how to improve campaign performance (they are also very easy to reach). Their analytics are easy to follow and shows exactly how each campaign is doing. We are a large company that sends over 100 SMS message a month, and have always had great results. Would definitely recommend Emotive to anyone who wants to increase their SMS campaign ROI.

Pros

Customer service reps are very helpful, always make suggestions, answer all questions quickly through calls or email. The platform is dependable and the analytics are very good.

Cons

There was a short period of about 4 hours, over a year ago, when they system went down and couldn't send. This was the only time this happened in over 2 years. It never happened again.
