Cons

There is a monthly minimum spend on top of a platform fee.

Best Messaging Tool to use for Ecommerce

Pros

Their onboarding was really smooth and easy to set up. Integrates with klaviyo and was a seemless process getting all of my contacts synced over.

Cons

Some of the tools are just a little confusing to use when getting started, but they have a ton of resources to go through to set up whatever you need.
