Pros

Easy to use email marketing platform. The best part is you have all the powerful tools like landing pages, autoresponders, email broadcast, sequences even in the free.
Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.
I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront.

Pros

Hubspot is easy to use and has a robust support/helpdesk - always ready and happy to help with any queries.
The best tool for a greater workflow, you can do everything you need to give the best elements for your clients.
This is an amazing tool to have, especially since we are a tech company trying to give our customers the opportunity to learn about our platform and troubleshoot through issues themselves.

Cons

Some missing features such as missing Google Meet, and location in calendar event.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
Landing page templates are very limited at the moment.

Cons

There can be many layers to get through, and the lack of tags makes it hard to track.
In our case, a multi-language Knowledge Base is missing to make the KB more complete.
You can't see if another team member is in the ticket. If the customer replies back to an closed to ticket it doesn't reopen so we miss emails unless we are double checking our notifications.

Pros

It offers lots of features that a small but growing business can access. The support team are incredibly helpful (and quick to respond) if you ever have trouble figuring something out. There are also plenty of free resources such as articles and videos.

Cons

Yes, there are some features such as the ability to view what list(s) a contact belongs to from their profile in the marketing hub, and the ability to forward tickets to other emails in the service hub. Some tasks require work-arounds to accomplish. The support team gladly take suggestions for improvements though, and the program is always improving.

Pros

It has everything that a big player like HubSpot would have but for a fraction of the price. The customer service is rapid and super efficient.

Cons

As it is still a tiny player, it doesn't have excellent integration with other tools.

Very comprehensive. They refer to Hubspot before I realised Hubspot does the same things.

Pros

Its a great system to help a small NGO like hours make a huge impact. Many ask me "How do you manage to communicate so much and so well" And I am not even using most of the software.

Cons

Just too much to use! Need time to learn and use them. The videos are great but need to be updated.

A real rivel to HubSpot

The customer service has been amazing and we have had very little problem getting started using Enagagbay after spending a year with Hubspot.

Pros

Engagebay has everything one needs from a CRM and then some. We previously used Hubspot and in terms of functionality, there is not much difference between the two. But in terms of value for money Engagebay is so much better. In addition, customer support is really second to none. I have never had an issue that they were unable to solve almost immediately. The sales pipeline system works perfectly as does the contact management.

Cons

In terms of cons the only aspect I would suggest is that at time the UX is not as intuitive as one would like,e However, the customer support and the value for money make up for any deficiency in this area.

My overall experience is great with Engagebay CRM, as it provides value for money for our business.

Pros

I believe that its a value-for-money product. All those small startups who wish to use Hubspot but can't due to its enormous pricing can simply go ahead with Engagebay tool, as it provides all features (even more than Hubspot) in affordable pricing, along with all tools.

Cons

Engagebay can create a free integration with free version of Hubspot, so that a user can also use free Hubspot for marketing purposes.

Great all-round CRM system - perfect for start-ups and smaller businesses

So far it's been great - I have been able to set up all of my basic marketing functions in a short amount of time (forms, landing pages, lead gen emails, contact filters etc.) and very happy with it so far.

Pros

I was looking for a software offering similar features to e.g. Hubspot - with features across contact management, email campaigns, automation, lead management and customer service and Engagebay offers all of that.

Cons

There's a few things that aren't super obvious in the user journey for e.g campaigns and email templates, but these are minor, and as a growing company I expect that they keep ironing out details like this. Which means that they're also more likely to take you feedback into account, which is always a good thing.

Support is excellent. Someone is always available to answer questions and they actually know what they're talking about and know the product, and integrations. Asked MANY questions and every one was answered immediately. Never got "someone will get back to you in a day or two".

Pros

Engage Bay offers many features and integrations not found in competitors in the same category. Similar to Hubspot without the ridiculous cost. Great for a smaller company that needs a full-service marketing tool.

Cons

It's just the learning curve like any other new tool.

some of the features are still no user family, have space to enhance, but overall good and compatible

Pros

the features is simular to hubspot, easy to use.

Cons

Dashboard is not enough comprehensive. can only see the number of the task belong to which user. hope to enhance for detail, for example, double click can see the contents of e.g. which contacts we have called, the remarks can be showed, what company belong to, or the deals detail we have created etc.

BUYER BEWARE! Lots of little hidden pay for play stuff that isn't clear on their website

Not impressed. I pay for a product and still have to pay extra to remove its branding from my emails. ARE YOU FOR REAL? Absolutely poor tool. I am not that impressed with this tool to be honest; it's worth paying a bit more and getting something a bit more user friendly.

Pros

Definitely cheaper than HubSpot, which it closely mimics in some ways. Certainly easy to buy. Landing pages were easy to build and some elements of EB make it feel like it's a great alternative to HubSpot.

Cons

Where do I start? I have used HubSpot, Marketo, Keap, Drip, Klayvio, Pardot and more. This platform really is poor in many ways. - Learning curve for those who haven't used a marketing automation tool before will be very steep - Can't use visual block builders when building emails in a workflow - Can't remove 'Sent by Engagebay' in your emails unless you pay $4 per 1000 emails. I'm not kidding. And...

Great all in one solution for any Insurance Agency

I was looking for a something to replace Active campaign and EngageBay fit the bill. I am able to add more contacts and create the same email automation that I was using in AC. For the price, EngageBay is saving me money and providing more application to use.

Pros

One place to track all leads and their communication. Easy integration with Hubspot and Zapier.

Cons

Not to much. For now, I am not using the Service products.

A fantastic product that is a step above Hubspot in terms of price and sophistication!

Pros

We use the system as a full CRM platform along with integrating the technology via our website. The website functionality allows us to have a fully managed client management tool for things like orders, service visits, and repeat consumable orders. A fantastic system and way above Hubspot! The customer service is great, and they are very quick to help answer questions.

Cons

Nothing. We have full API integration, and we are using the system as much as possible for our client base.

Its been great . We tried several CRM's before but Engagebay wins for us.

Pros

Powerful, yet doesnt break the bank. It is effectively very similar to Hubspot but way cheaper.

Cons

User Interface could be more intuitive, but once you get the hang of it its great

Great onboarding and support. Great quality product for a tiny fraction of what Hubspot charges.

Pros

We moved from Hubspot to Engagebay. It is one tenth of the price and a better user experience. We've been using it less than 1 month but already it's way better for landing pages, forms and automations. Really impressed so far.

Cons

Too early to tell, but I would like to be able to search the deals board for a specific deal. The search field appears to only search contacts

Pros

While it's not as full-featured as Hubspot, you get almost all of the same features at a much better price. I needed CRM and email marketing with workflows and drip campaigns which would have cost hundreds of dollars if I had stayed with Hubspot.

Cons

Some minor issues with the calendar - I would like to be able to send a different link for each type of meeting instead of having them all on one page. I had to pay extra to have them remove the EngageBay branding - which was annoying as I thought that it was included in the price.

Fantastic product all round. Moving my other business from HubSpot to this in the next 3 months.

Pros

The product is so easy to setup, use and support is second to none. Pop a question in the chat and I think the longest I have waited for an answer is about 1 minute.

Cons

nothing really, does what it says on the tin and just works really well.

Simple CRM for SMBs

Highly recommended for micro and small scale businesses that want to get started quickly, seek high ROI but have budget constraints. The team is very responsive- be it demos or clarifications and quotations. Always a call away. Not sure about the level of support for integrations and customisations since they are a small team in the UK . Maybe not suited for businesses seeking on-site hand held guidance with workflows and CRM implementation.

Pros

Very functional and value for money. The free version has many features that satisfy the requirements of entrepreneurs and micro - small businesses. UX is pretty decent if not world class

Cons

Knowledge base and content repository is limited compared to other that of alternatives such as Hubspot and Salesforce CRM.

Pros

We wanted a CRM with all the Marketing Automation and Lead Capture functionality of HubSpot, but didn't want to pay five figures a year, since we are a start-up company. EngageBay checks most of the same boxes as HubSpot, but at a much better price.

Cons

Some of the features are a little clunky, but their customer service is always ready, willing, and able to walk you through any issues you might have. In fact, their customer service is one of their best features.

Je suis partisan de HS. Je l'ai utilisé dans deux sociétés différentes et de deux façons différentes. Pour moi, l'outil est complet et permet une gestion optimale du support client.

Cons

HS propose paradoxalement trop de fonctionnalités au détriment d'une certaine simplicité.

Pros

It is super easy to use. I have been using it for less than 3 months and feel super comfortable using this CRM. Everything is nicely organized and it is a very nice 2019 CRM.

Cons

Sometimes connection errors, Although the issue is usually very quickly fixed it can be sometimes frustrating. Happened twice in the last 3 months so definitely not the worst!

Cons

- Project Templates - I think it should be an option to see or turn on project templates created by HubSpot Team. This makes it kinda time consume to look for templates when I am not sure who created the template in my team.
