One of the things I really enjoyed with event combo is that you could work out the registration a lot better, but that was about the only thing it really offered. I much prefer eventbrite because it does offer more even if it doesn't have the really good membership management like eventcombo. If you are looking to offer online tickets, plan your event, and even being able to manage your event you are better looking elsewhere than event combo.
One of the things I really liked about the program was the ability to manage the membership of those who signed up for the event.
The program did not offer event planning, online ticketing or event management so you would need to find another program outside of this to do all of that.

With Eventcombo, you don't have to juggle between various platforms as all the necessary tools are there into one platform. Also their self-service kiosks for badging and automatic check-ins further streamline the process, making events more efficient and professional.
Eventcombo provides a simple to use and efficient event registration platform. One of the best features of the platform is that it creates customized registration forms with conditional logic and nested fields. With this, I could gather specific attendee information from their meal preferences to their travel details so that I could make the event more personalized for them. Also their email marketing tool is impressive that allow sending automated mails to attendees which makes the attendee engagement process more seamless and streamlined.
No doubt Eventcombo has a range of amazing features, you might find it a bit overwhelming if using it for the first time. But you can contact their customer support team for any doubts as they are available 24/7 for your queries.

Exceptional. I am grateful for their partnership & support. It's a tremendous relief to be able to outsource for RSVP gathering, data collection, and mass communication to attendees pre/during/post-event.
The customer service is absolutely exceptional. As a non-tech savvy user, I really relied on the team to walk me through. [sensitive content hidden] from the team were phenomenal in working around the clock to ensure the most seamless experience. Additionally, the aesthetic is sharp, clear, and sophisticated and we really value the customization options.
In my experience working with Eventcombo, I really haven't experienced any issues. Any confusion I had was almost always my fault (again, not tech savvy), and the team was always there in real-time to swoop in and help navigate.

I absolutely loved the marketing tools provided. The platform allows you to easily promote your event by offering social media integrations, email marketing, and other promotional tools. What is probably the most impressive of all is the attention to us as clients. I have never had responses to emails in the early morning hours. What they truly understand that as an entrepreneur, we don’t work 8-5. And any gap in our ability to get things done negatively impacts our progress. We had phone calls as needed and even had a post-event review at our request. We wanted to work with Eventcombo to understand what we could do differently next time to use the platform to make our event management processes much easier. Eventcombo is extremely helpful for me. The platform provides a lot of useful tools and features to help create and manage events. Moreover, the customer service provided by Eventcombo is top-notch.
What I like most about Eventcombo is the flexibility it offers in terms of ticketing options. You can choose from several different types of tickets, including general admission, VIP passes, and more. You can also set custom checkout forms which is great. In fact, they offer endless customization options at every stage of event management.
No downsides at all. There are no cons experienced thoroughout.

Very Much Happy.
I'm a big admirer of Eventcombo and have been using them for many years. Their software is my "go to" platform when we have events at our Islamic center or private events. The features they provide are exceptional and can't match any other software we have used. Their tools and features are very user friendly and any layperson can easily register and start using it. It is easy to create events and to maintain everything via their Dashboard options. The reporting options they have are comprehensive and you can get reports in one click in different formats. Co-host is also a very good feature where you can monitor your team members events as well. Overall, it is an exceptional tool to use offer to your attendees.
I could not see any cons and everything looks good.

Eventcombo provides an outstanding platform for event planning, handling everything from ticket sales to promotional activities. This has been incredibly beneficial for my team as we were able to deliver a top notch event experience to our attendees without any administrative issues.

A great event management platform that takes customer feedback seriously and works on meeting expectations. We have been using their platform for quite some time for our events. They keep improving and lately have added some cool new features that I love.
From installment tickets to multi-venue features, they have some very useful features. Their community forum is a strong and much needed for event .

Their event app deserves special mention. The networking and engagement it offers is excellent. Additionally, there is a vast array of features and if you can explore them well, you can take advantage of them to make your event impactful.
The look and feel is great and professional. Custom registration forms, in-app polling, gamification options are great to keep attendees engaged and interested in the event. Tech support is very helpful and guides you patiently so you can make the most of your investment.

Networking can be a little tricky to facilitate but with Eventcombo’s event app, it’s always a delightful experience. We received positive feedback from attendees on how intuitive and well-designed the in-app networking experience was.

We recently decided to scale up our virtual events as they are becoming the new normal post-Covid. The Eventcombo team helped us figure out our needs and workflow quickly. The platform is user friendly, easy to navigate for everyone including organizers, exhibitors, and attendees. Also, the support team is very responsive and resolves issues fast to ensure a seamless event experience.
Eventcombo’s Fireworks has great capabilities for attendee management and tracking and a exhibitor space for customized booths.
Audiences attending from mobile phones encountered a couple of minor issues.

Working with the Eventcombo team has been such a great experience. They have been incredibly helpful with the setup and use of their software! I have experience working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] leading up to their latest virtual experience: Eventicon 2021 – The Comeback. I had no issues navigating the platform and was guided by the most helpful team throughout the entire process. I love their philosophy of saying no to third-party apps since it empowers planners to have ownership of their event content. A great overall team and software to work with!
I liked that it was so easy to use as a speaker. I was able to join without issues and the quality looked really great!
I can't think of anything as I haven't done a deep dive into the tool.
