Pros

I am using this software to create a webpage for my upcoming virtual college graduation party. I like that this software has been extremely user-friendly. I have worked with other website-building software and was able to quickly figure out any nuances with EventCreate, however I believe it would have been nearly as easy if I were new to web design. This product has just the right amount of features...

Cons

If I absolutely MUST choose to list a "con" about this software: I did not like that the monthly subscription was so disproportional to the annual fee, but it is not a big deal because the annual fee is still a great price even if I only needed service for a short time.

Great for all size events!

This has been a game changer! I am so happy with this product, especially since the world shifted and we all had to quickly learn what events would look like virtually. We started hosting more training sessions and smaller events more often and this site has made it so easy to do!

Pros

I have used many other sites in the past - ranging from large-scale sites that cost thousands for basically the same thing as this one, except this was MUCH easier to use! I have already suggested other coworkers from sister companies use it too! The easiest thing about this is that it's mostly drag and drop type design and you are always able to go back and add in more or less. I appreciate that I can add links to social media and our website. I can bring in video clips and even have an interactive map that will show guests where evening events are. Across the board for small or large-scale events, this is the best site to use!

Cons

There have been a few times that I wish I was able to change something or add in something different than what was available, however, the team has always been more than happy to help get me what I need and there are many options to design and edit to make it your own.

Best up and coming event software on the market

Hard to beat. Can't see us moving to a new platform for our events, and we've tried almost everyone out there.

Pros

The team at EventCreate is incredibly responsive. Any technical issue or question we've ever had has been handled quickly. They have great front end design options for your event website, which is something you typically do not get with most event software or you have to pay 25X what you would pay through Event Create. They are continually adding features on the back end that help us improve our event planning and marketing.

Cons

Since they are a newer platform they do not have EVERY feature you might find on the backend from EventBrite or more expensive solutions. But they do have everything you need and are constantly adding new features.

The options for the front page setup was even phenomenal. I imagine that as the program grows so will those options.

Pros

I am using this app for my "going away party" where people can make donations and to tally RSVP's. I am EXTREMELY impressed so far. The setup was smooth and seamless. If I only choose to use it for this event I can pay the monthly rate and be okay, however after using it for this event I wholeheartedly plan to use it again. The cost for the year is extremely affordable for what you get. Job well done in this creation. Whether you are doing this as a business or for personal use, it has proven to be just what is needed.

Cons

The only down-side I can even mention is that it forced you to identify a business when establishing an account to college funds, but I believe that was probably through the sight that they partner with for collections. I have nothing else that I liked the least.

Pros

This platform is very user-friendly, it allowed me to create a perfectly, on-brand event website where my guests will RSVP for two upcoming events we have going on. I've tested over a dozen other platforms and this one has so far, been the best, especially for the value. The customer service has been quick and very helpful as well. 100% recommended.

Cons

I haven't taken too much of a deep dive into all the features yet but so far I have nothing negative to say.

Event Create is my "Go To" Site

I found Event Create by a google search and I wasn't sure I would use the software. I tried some other programs that were more expensive and less dynamic. From now on I will use EventCreate for all of my event needs.

Pros

The software has a variety of features and while we don't use all features for every event, we have choices and can customize our events as needed. The support team is excellent if I have questions. The more I use this software the more I love it.

Cons

There are some customization features I have wanted that don't yet exist but for the most part I can customize my site in a way that makes sense for the event.

Excellent Event & Business Management Software

It is fairly new to us, but overall we really have enjoyed it. It is easy to use, very professional, and for the price you get a good amount of options. Their customer service responded within 4 hours via email in the middle of the night and fixed OUR issue so kindly. We are so excited to grow our business and expose other to EventCreate!

Pros

Not only is it very inexpensive for a good package, but it also is very easy and user friendly. There are so many customization options and really allows you to run your event as if you were someone using ticketmaster. It looks great, it is very easy to use, we have had no problems with anyone accessing it.

Cons

It doesn't have an Android app even tough there is an IOS one. I am not sure why they don't have it, but it is really an inconvenience for a business like our because we utilize different persons to do check-ins and such. It would also be nice if we could choose what information goes on the physical "ticket" that your customer gets. It is a great app, it is just the small things. I don't see any reason not to use this, especially over the other more popular ones.

Excellent event management software

I was looking for an easy, simple, and aesthetically pleasing way to sell tickets for a small event I'm hosting. The registration/processing fees on some of the other sites are more than I was wanting to pay for this small event, and they also weren't nearly as beautiful s the EventCreate websites.

Pros

The registration website is beautiful, super customizable, and is something I'm proud to send potential attendees. The price point is also extremely affordable compared to other (less aesthetically pleasing) options out there. I looked into so many options and am so glad I found EventCreate!

Cons

I'm very pleased with everything so far.

Makes Conferences Easier

Very positive. EventCreate helped make our State Master Gardner Conference a success from registration and ticketing options to informing attendees about the event. The staff always responded quickly with help if we needed anything.

Pros

Affordable, very helpful and responsive when I needed help. Many useful features on the registration website.

Cons

Not an issue with them, there is a learning curve with any unfamiliar format.

Pros

The least expensive level was enough for me to do most of the things I needed. I did have to upgrade to the second level, but my event was a unique one. It took me awhile to set up, but it was easy to go through. The customizations for my event made it look polished and professional and there were plenty of options to make it look personal. I was proud to publish it once everything was in place. You can tell the company took their time to not only make it as user friendly as possible, but they also seemed to have thought of everything you would need to plan, manage and administer a well thought out event. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to find an affordable, well thought out, all encompassing way to showcase their business or event.

Cons

I signed up for the lowest level and trial, then continued working on my ticketing options. But when I needed to add more options for tickets, I had to upgrade again, and my “free trial” immediately ended, which then charged me the fullest next level right away. I ended up cancelling the first subscription, then had to go back in and signup for the second level so I could get the free trial incentive. It would be nice if the ticketing options were somehow communicated ahead of time so the user isn’t thinking they’re finishing up, and then surprised with a pop up saying you can’t do that unless you upgrade.

Flexibility and Simplicity

We've used it to transmit the values and quality of world class brands in our space. We're using it for event management, have built in account and pricing pieces, then a more robust content platform.

Pros

Out of the box invitation and event management products don't allow for much customization and white label work for the simple solution we and most companies I imagine want. We were quickly able to set up and get going, and eventually build the robust product we needed. Great product and support.

Cons

Not much, we've been able to solve whatever issues we had.

User friendly, efficient and cost effective

It took a little figuring out to change background images with my own images, but I got there in the end and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with how polished and professional everything looks. It's pretty user friendly, seamless and quick. No painful loading times, no glitches. It just WORKS.

Pros

The ease of creating an event and following up with attendees as well as the ability to export data to a spreadsheet to send onto the venue with selected information available at a few click of the keyboard, magic.I love the ability to schedule emails and collect information so you can email or text recipients quickly and easily.Being able to keep a track of who has responded and who hasn't and being able to select the option of sending to those you haven't yet with one click is super convenient. This software is a joy to work with, I wish this had been around years ago. I'll keep on using this for sure.

Cons

If there was an option to alphabetize the list, I missed it. This would be great. You can filter down once you export to a spreadsheet, but it would be nice in the site.

Easy to Use Event Website Software

Overall, Eventcreate was a better option for hosting our event website than their main competitor Eventbrite which had a number of fees that would have cut into our operating costs.

Pros

I very much liked the customization options and ease of creating a presentable professional event website within a few hours!

Cons

The only downside of Eventcreate was the lack of subscription options. A cost for a single event page or for a short term need would have been useful as I do not anticipate using the site creator outside of the one event I am hosting but paid a full year subscription because it was cheaper than the monthly option.

Absolutely Fantastic

We have a few large events every year and we used to do paper invitations which is a mess. This was so easy to create and manage. Compared to everything else I've tried this is a God send.

Pros

easy to use, cost effective, lets you create custom questions, user friendly (70 year old respondents registered with no assistance or issues) I tried 15 different softwares and none were as good as this one.

EventCreate was perfect for our class reunion

I would definitely recommend this to other people as an alternative to the more costly ticket purchasing/event sites.

Pros

We compared many options and found this the most affordable option. The customer service was superb. Very quick replies to chat and even a 15 minute call with the team to perfect my site. I used the whole thing with ease!

Cons

I can't think of any features i needed. I perhaps wanted to have a multipage website rather than multisection, but that may be possible and i just don't know how to do it yet.

2024 Gilliam Family Reunion

Love this product. I perform proof of concept on many new applications in my profession and often test features required. Before purchasing this one, I tested a few others and none of them provided the features I required with as much ease of use.

Pros

Easy to use and easy to deploy. This is a good value for the yearly subscription price. I like being able to upload files instead of creating from scratch in the application.

Cons

I needed the ability to move section headers. I also would like the content sections to be resizable. The photo gallery need more separation between pictures and caption visible in the gallery. I would have liked the option to purchase 1, 3, 6, or 9 months. I plan to use this website I created for 4 months but it was cheaper to buy a year than pay monthly.

Professional Invites for Events

Needed to have an option for an RSVP event and wanted something more professional than an evite. This was the perfect solution.

Pros

This software is easy to use, affordable and looks professional!!

Cons

The only thing I did not like was that I added in names and I thought it was going to automatically save them into a library but I didn't hit add names to list so then I had to re-enter all of them.

How Amazing is this?

I am a new event planner and was totally flustered by the number of things I had to get done. This website made it so easy! From a personalized site, to guest list and seating charts, they made this so simple. I can’t express my gratitude enough.

Pros

The page looks so professional and it was very easy to create, edit, and maintain.

Pros

It was easy to import my own graphic to create an event site for people to get event details and submit a RSVP. I was very pleased with the way it looked both on desktop and mobile view. Very professional and sleak!

Cons

I wish it were not so expensive to utilize the serve on a monthly payment basis.
