Pros

I like how its functionality especially when generating business reviews and reports. It helps in analyzing which areas are successful and which aren't.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
The experience has been outstanding. We are able to promote our campaigns reaching the customers at a faster pace and exposing them to various channels easily.

Pros

The staff was amazing getting us up and running. The back-end is extremely easy to learn and our users absolutely love it.
It has been a great experience overall. The software is amazing and the team is very responsive.
We had to move to a new platform and this seemed like a good fit, it turned out to be perfect.

Cons

The user interface is horrible therefore it is not easy to navigate through the application.
Companies often feel their marketing needs are not to the level that this application can provide and struggle to justify the cost.
You'll have to create ANOTHER retargeting audience (for which you have to pay extra) to exclude these in e.g. Facebook.

Cons

That we didn't start using it sooner. I haven't found anything else wrong with it.
The warehousing function is a bit difficult to grasp, took a few training sessions with our Coach to fully understand the requirements + how to work this function.
