the qualtrix platform is very easy to design a survey and test your survey and removing errors. Using it makes survey building fun.
it's not very easy to collaborate with other people. most of the time, the survey building work is done by different people. qualtrix should learn from google docs.

As a non-profit with a stakeholder engagement role, we have a diverse audience. Qualtric's advanced functionality allows us to really personalize our surveys with display logic, embedded data and a great salesforce integration.

I like the UX but still on the fence about this platform.
The dashboard and reporting capability is powerful if you put in robust info. As well, it integrates with Salesforce CRM. The look and feel is good too. Once you learn how to use it, it’s easy to keep up.
Setup in Clunky. The AM said the upgrade was port over all our survey info to the upgraded account. He also said our surveys would be seen by all users and that isn’t true either. It’s taking a lot more time than we were told.

I really like how you can customize your surveys and add media.
Sometimes there's too much to choose from and it would be nice to have the results download easier.

This has been a great tool for us as we start initial marketing strategies with our clients. I would definitely recommend it.
I have used Qualtrics for surveys and data analysis for a couple of years now, part from market research projects during college. But now, we use Qualtrics as an effective way to send surveys to customers of our clients and get their feedback on the client's products/services. I love how easy it is to build out the surveys and analyze the results. Customer support/our Qualtrics rep has also been great in helping us structure the questions to make sure they are phrased correctly and are fair to the people answering them.
From the experiences I've had with Qualtrics, I wouldn't say there are many cons. I think depending on how in-depth of research you are doing, the phrasing of questions can get kind of tricky. For instance, when using the tool for an undergrad research project, we had to be very careful in choosing the types of questions we asked in order for it to be relevant to our initial hypothesis. But this is a more general word of caution than a drawback to the tool itself.

This is quite an advanced software and requires someone fairly knowledgeable to run it. We (our small marketing team) were definitely not using all the functionalities to their full capabilities.
It was simply too advanced for us and was therefore not worth the cost.

The technology is user friendly and the customer service is world class. I have colleagues and individuals from other industries always asking me about this technology. I have been able to increase my productivity and the quality of work deliverable with Qualtrics. My team has been able to accomplish much more than we could have imagined in such a short amount of time.
I'm a tough customer but this is one of the few products that I couldn't find any cons. I'm impressed.

You can use this method for a variety of research projects since it makes it possible for any organization to gather and analyze information about how consumers perceive products and services to take targeted decisions based on that information.
It's a lot more user-friendly, flexible, and powerful than most other survey applications out there. In addition, the customer service representatives are always open to fresh suggestions and eager to help. Qualtrics surveys can be adjusted in several ways, from the form questions' structure and layout to the aesthetics. Customer and market research are two of its primary applications. Using Qualtrics email tool, an automatic Salesforce integration, social media posting, and Marketo emails, we distribute surveys to our customers and prospects. However, we also utilize it for internal purposes, such as surveys on the effectiveness of projects and departments, preferences of employees, and RSVPs for events.
I'm not sure how useful the new product lines are yet, but Qualtrics has been working hard to extend its product range. The Qualtrics insights summit is a great place to meet academics from all over the world. I simply wish they would place more attention on research and less on bringing in high-profile speakers. The help offered by Qualtrics may be better. It can be hard to find help in the community. To get assistance, I nearly always must use an online chat or email.

Overall, I highly recommend Qualtrics CoreXM for anyone looking for a high-quality survey research software. It has all the features and functionality needed to create effective surveys and analyze data with ease.
Used Qualtrics CoreXM for our marketing research and I have been extremely impressed with the software. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to create surveys and analyze the data collected.One of the standout features of Qualtrics CoreXM is its advanced survey logic capabilities. I was able to create complex branching and skip patterns in my surveys with ease, which helped me gather more accurate and relevant data.The data analysis tools offered by Qualtrics CoreXM are also top-notch. The software can handle large amounts of data and provides a wide range of statistical analysis options. The visualization tools are also very useful, they allow me to create interactive graphs and charts that are easy to share with my team.
Nothing major,but it depends on the use case and budget allocated, Just wanted to mention below two points as CON1. Can be quite expensive for small businesses or individuals with limited budgets.2. Learning curve: There may be a steep learning curve for some users, as the software offers a wide range of advanced features and capabilities.
