This is fairly intuitive and have some good analytics you can grab. I like being able to search for content from my other team members and like the ease of sharing assets in the software.

The social listening and alerts are really helpful and you're able to set things up and automate where you need to. Reporting is super helpful to have in one place and export in an easy to digest way.

However, the tool doesn't respond well to being pushed too far. Reporting is restricted, team set up has odd quirks, and some of the bonus features detract more than anything.
