Pros
Customer service is always great, (Helgi is awesome) (and love that you can send GIFS), and they're usually quick to respond and resolve issues.
I shared most in the I like section. For our big client its been a godsend, with smaller clients a bit trickier.
This is fairly intuitive and have some good analytics you can grab. I like being able to search for content from my other team members and like the ease of sharing assets in the software.
Pros
It was a pleasant experience and I also would like to point out that the two of the customer representative are extremely helpful.
I loved the user interface and how easy it was to use. The information that I've acquired from the software helped me a lot and it was as great as I've imagined.
Improve social media reach and positive sentiment for the products I am supporting.
Cons
However, the tool doesn't respond well to being pushed too far. Reporting is restricted, team set up has odd quirks, and some of the bonus features detract more than anything.
The insights and reporting element is not fully developed, with a lot of mismatched features and confusing elements. The response templates are awkward and really impractical.
The salesman was of course promising the world, but after the contract was signed nobody gave a crap about the customer.
Cons
Loading mentions takes a while when dealing with numerous results also the lack of customized dashboard ( changing colors, picking specific graphs to display ...).
I can monitor my social media channels and digital appearance. Everything is in one dashboard so there is no need of multiple tabs opened.
One of my keywords was difficult to monitor, due to the wide range of results, many of which were irrelevant.
