Most user-friendly social media management tool available

Our company has been using Falcon.io for a little more then a year. Overall, we're very satisfied. And are especially happy with Falcon.io's excellent Customer Support.

What do you like best?

Very user friendly to use. Excellent Customer Support. Really AAA+. Always willing to go the extra mile.

What do you dislike?

Limited Instagram support; there is not scheduler. This is seriously lacking, we currently have to use an additional tool for this purpose specifically.

Why did you end up selecting Falcon.io over other applications?

Where HootSuite focuses mainly on engagement (something we wanted), Falcion.io focuses more on content creation (also something we wanted). The content creation functions are very elaborate (e.g. preview options), but also included team roles. At the end of the day, when we were balancing things against each other. We decided we valued content creation over engagement options, and Falcon.io appeared to be the more preferred option.

If so, why did you switch?

Yes, we used Media Injection. We switched because it was cost-efficient to do so, but moreover we weren't very satisfied with Media Injection's performance. The app was often riddled with bugs and wasn't very user friendly to use.

What is your main use case with Falcon.io?

Content creation (Publish), webcare (Engage) and reporting (Measure).

Give one example how Falcon.io has improved the way your organization functions

The reporting functions are elaborate and adequate. Allows me to quickly report on several KPI's that are relevant to our team. And with that we have been able to, for example, evaluate and adapt our social media strategy.

What is your ROI?

Our organisation is currently not aligned in a way that allows us to specifically say if our financial investment in Falcon.io has returned to us. However, it is assumed that it has, based on marketing and sale data.
