Easy integration and trustworthy reputation
A bit pricey,, and not as feature rich as some of their competitors are (Feefo for example)

Trust-pilot is a well recognised consumer brand, particularly within Europe and the US. They offer both a free and paid option, the paid option offers integration that is well documented and easy to perform. Getting hold of Trustpilot and talking with them is fairly straight forward, they offer integration with Google to get stars in your search engine results (Organic, Shopping, Adwords and Search Partners.)
It's not the cheapest platform, it works very similar to Feefo but you have far less discretion over whom you can send review requests too. You have less power in controlling the reviews impacting your brand.
