Consistently Excellent Service

Our sales Rep [sensitive content hidden] is always there to support us with anything Feefo related so we maximise the Feefo service. The campaign manager tool has helped us engage with more feedback than ever before which means we can make our services the best they can be for our customers. We like the way that Feefo allows us to show case the positive feedback to our customers through the Platinum award.

Pros

The online Feefo portal makes it easy to navigate, which makes the process of gathering feedback straightforward. Allowing us to pick apart feedback and implement processes to make our processes smoother.

Cons

If we were being extremely picky, the occasional emails received by the Feefo hub support team in relation public reviews who have directly contacted Feefo requesting to review our services. We would prefer they were instructed to speak with us directly so we can provide a personal touch as part of the customer experience when using our service.

A good review-gathering solution

Feefo is fine, but the widgets gallery is limited. It's also not a very intuitive platform, we typically have to reach out to our rep for help making changes or implementing new things.

Pros

We got a dedicated Feefo review page for our brand which showcases customer reviews.

Cons

Our dev team had to set up a complicated API, it's expensive.
