Any time we have a question, we get it answered by their staff and they are incredibly responsive to our needs.
They need to get their text to give campaigns up and running so that we can continue to fundraise in a manner that appeals to all supporters.

Wouldn’t ever run my nonprofit without it
I love this software because it helps me to stay organized & stay in touch with donors. It also helps me to fundraise. The staff at flipcause are incredibly helpful.

Amazing, it has been extremely beneficial to our work and our ability to raise money and stay engaged with our donors.
This software has been a life saver as far as increasing our engagement as an organization. As a small organization, having the ability to fundraise, capture donor information, create student registration forms AND have a website created has saved me countless hours and has freed me up to actually do the work necessary to our foundation.
Starting out, the software wasn't as intuitive as I might have liked. There were some glitches when we set up our first campaign, but after learning more, I think we have worked out the kinks going forward.

Love Flipcause!
With my small organization, Flipcause allows us to keep website updated without multiple people learning the software.
I would like better volunteer management. Ability to schedule and follow up via SMS and allow online sign up.

The set up and management of the site is incredibly easy
We use the Flipcause platform as an affordable web host that provides an adequate solution for accepting online donations.
It would be excellent if we could have donations deposited directly into our bank account

Easy to use all under one umbrella; frees up my time for other tasks.
I love the way Flipcause integrates so many previously separate functions under one easy and efficient roof: event registration, payment, sponsorship, volunteer management, campaign landing page, in-kind donation offering and even website. Since our nonprofit has a very small staff, it makes it so much easier
The Weebly website is functional, easy to set-up and perform basic editing. However the options for appearance is quite limited and needs professional coding to make it look really professional and slick.

We use FLipcause to run our website and donor management as a CRM. It is very fast and effective.
Flipcause it pretty user-friendly but the best part is their customer support if very knowledgable and very responsive, and anything we can't easily figure out they help us with quickly!
Some of the campaign set up can be tricky for someone with no web/tech skills.

A great, accessible, affordable, and solid platform.
Campaign management Website management Set-up to be fundraising platform once we turn 501c3
We would love to also run our membership platform through FlipCause as a revenue stream and not a fundraising stream and currently this is not possible. We would like to be able to decipher between donors and members. We would also like for there to be ways to directly register folks who opt into our mailing list to our MailChimp and Mighty Networks accounts

Processing of credit card donations has been outstanding. The ability to set up campaigns for different publications is very helpful.
The option for donors to pay the processing fees means a lot to our bottom line. The support has been outstanding!

Flipcause is helping us to take in more donations because that is its focus. We are able to funnel program registrations through the Flipcause campaigns so that we get donations and people signing up for our programs. The tech support at Flipcause has been phenomenal and extremely helpful.
I like the easy way we can set up campaigns, and then communicate with people that sign up or donate to that campaign. The interface is very flexible and thorough. Creating a website with Flipcause has also been easy to do, as is maintaining it.
It is missing a relational database which would be very useful to us. In addition, it doesn't have a batch mailer capability so we have to maintain a separate database for emailing people.

Ease of use. Excellent service, help, and ideas. Concierge service sets up event registration which saves time
Cannot think of anything. It seems a bit plain. Multiple log-ins. Sometimes I work weekends but must wait until Monday to get an answer or help.

Gives user agency in setting up own page for peer to peer. The bar that tracks fundraising progress.
Each time that you edit a tab you have to hit save to advance to the next section, even if you have made no changes. Difficult to make many edits at once.

I call and email frequently especially around donor fundraising campaigns. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and ready to serve. I would not use any other platform!
I recommend Flipcause to all other non-profits because the website interface/update is integrated with all campaigns, CRM and you it's a subscription service where you always get support. I've used numerous other platforms and this by far is the easiest, user-friendly and easily understood by my staff members and Board members.
The only con is we are still cleaning up the data integration from past data-- maybe better integration with Quickbooks?

We're about to launch our Fall donors program, and I have great confidence in its success.
The peer to peer fundraising has the power to reach people in an exponential way, but very easy to roll out. Mostly the program is intuitive and takes almost no training.
I couldn't move the pictures around as easily as I would have liked. Not all of the set up is intuitive.

Flipcause has completely streamlined our donor program. The customer service is quick and right on point. This is a benefit we can offer to our sponsored organizations that we can afford and makes their lives (and ours) much easier.
Where do I start?? We are a fiscal sponsor for 35 different organizations. We used to use our merchant account to take in all of the donations and I had to write donor letters for every single one. Also there was no way for donors to offer to pay the fee, so that took away from the donation. Now each sponsored organization and manage its own campaign, the donor letters are sent out automatically and we have the reports to keep track of everyone's funds.
Our sponsored organizations are not particularly tech-savvy. We had to record a Zoom video to train them on how to get set up and use the features. It would be great if Flipcause could do one comprehensive set-up video for the basics instead of a single how-to video for each feature.

Though it's been a short time. I find it easier and more convenient that eventbrite and paypal.
Myself and my co-workers find it intuitive and easy to use. The support team has been incredibly prompt and dedicated to customer service.
I found setting up the permissions for admins a little confusing. I spoke with the Flipcause and have a really good understanding now.

We've been using Flipcause for about 2 months and it has been a fantastic experience thus far. The team at Flipcause is extremely responsive and available for any and all questions, will hold your hand through any process, and will set your campaign up for OR with you, to help it have a professional feel and match your branding. Ease of use, ease of exports for syncing up with other softwares (accounting, database, email applications), and STAFF SUPPORT and availability.

The adaptability for use by our 150+ member projects has been really helpful. The donation money arrives in the account quickly and it the reports are clear.
We gave up on the ticketing system because it wasn't user friendly. Data entry was painfully slow and other ticketing services run more smoothly.

The ability to post appeals for donations and to collect money is so simple and easy that it has allowed us to raise more money in the last six months than in our first 3 years.
Sometimes the website designer doesn't do things we would like to do. We have to figure out how to get the things up we want.

Our donors seem to like Flipcause and if there is an issue it gets cleared up immediately. Fast response time. Great customer service. Reasonable rates. Dependable. Not breakdowns in service.
Flipcause folks have been wonderful to work with. Fast response time and always following up. At one time they also sent us a device to use to make selling our book easier. We didn't have this software. I think the fact that our donors receive an instant Flipcause thank you is very good. Even though we send each donor our own STC Thank you letter.
I have zero negative comments about Flipcause after using it for a number of years.

We are happy with this as a tool for collecting online donations, one-time donations, recurring donations and specific campaigns. I am a relatively new user and it feels like there is a lot more that it can do that we are not utilizing and so I get a little confused with all the menus & choices...
The campaign set-up is relatively easy, the widget is easy to imbed on a website. Customer service is good, responsive.I like the customizable reports
About custom reports: I wish I could set a preference so I don't have to select all the categories every time I run a reportThe bank transfers seem to take a really long time to arrive which is challenging for bookkeepingToo bad folks have to pay fees to give away money...

The versatility and the current up to date features that are user friendly. The help recourses available are very easy to navigate and help a lot.
The only thing that really is a bother sometimes is the amount of options. Sometimes you can get lost looking for something if you do not search up help or assistance.
