Pros

I love that I can get help when I need it. I love that my team with work with me to make sure I am happy.
I'm currently working with my fifth customer and implementing FlipCause and my customers just love their services and customer service. So when my clients are happy I'm happy.
Help is EASY to get, and quickly. We have raised a lot more money that we ever could with people just being able to "mail a check" ... the monthly recurring donation aspect is awesome.

Pros

We absolutely loved the onboarding support and the monthly support we are receiving. We love how there is the opportunity to ask a question by clicking the chat box.
The best part of Network for Good is the ease of use. The built-in information tips and help guide you every step of the way.
I smile thinking about where we will be at this time next year because I know the Network for Good team will continue to coach and encourage us on towards excellence in the fundraising field.

Cons

Problems I have with learning about all the features of the website are answered quickly and correctly by our representative.
Currently, we have paid out money and have not received any more traffic, donors, or revenue for using the service and it is difficult to pay the fee.
One thing that has been frustrating is how there isn't one place to update the email, that then changes everywhere on the platform.

Cons

What’s worse is that we discovered this accidentally, they already know about it because of complaints, and don’t seem interested in fixing it.
I was getting advice from too many people -- but the advice consisted of links to things that made no sense at all to me. I complained somewhat loudly about this issue.
If I had one complaint it's that the one-on-one training sessions are 30 minutes rather than 45 or 60 minutes.

Though it's been a short time. I find it easier and more convenient that eventbrite and paypal.

Pros

Myself and my co-workers find it intuitive and easy to use. The support team has been incredibly prompt and dedicated to customer service.

Cons

I found setting up the permissions for admins a little confusing. I spoke with the Flipcause and have a really good understanding now.

Flipcause has been easy to learn. We have be able to start campaigns and run them right away.

It is a good solution for a small non-profit like us.

Pros

I like the ability to make many campaigns at once. I like how they give the donor the option to pay the fees. The website tool is easy and our website was transferred over quickly and without issue.

Cons

It takes too long to get an excel report emailed to you. Custom questions have to relate to every category in a campaign, rather than just certain categories.

I could never have done such a beautiful site without Flipcause!!! GREAT people, GREAT service, they all bring me such joy every time I open my page. Thank you!! HIGHLY recommend! Everything & every conversation has been awesome & reassuring in every way! I am in for life! The idea of working with the same people within a team means everything. Flipcause has been prompt in responding to my questions or challenges & they DO IT FOR ME when the work is 'out of my league.'

Pros

It's EASY to understand & work with!!! Easy to retain what I have done .

Cons

I have NO complaints about any software, program, lay-out or team contact. I CANNOT say enough good about Flipcause!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had they addressed the email issue and had a few more years under their belts, we probably would have chosen them.

Pros

Good support and very nice people. They were very accommodating. And, it seemed to do most of what we needed.

Cons

No integrated email yet, which was very important to us. Not as much experience as the product we selected.

Pros

I liked that we can host our website and integrate campaigns. The peer to peer and monthly donation functions are great. Easy to manage users and the reporting function is good

Cons

Wish it integrated better as a CRM solution for the price we pay.

It's a one-stop shop for our fundraising capabilities. Having everything under one site leaves us time for following our mission and getting the work done!

Cons

The learning curve was a little challenging but worth it! Thankfully our IT guy has it all figured out so I have a good go to when I have questions. He felt that working with you guys was great!

It's one of the best experiences I've had for a donation tool, it's really rich and easy to use, please go for the trial at lease, you'll love if you're ready to invest.

Cons

That's the less good part... it has a cost ! All the tools are awesome but you have to be an experienced organization that is ready to invest on it. If you do, looks like you will not regret it.

Everything is wonderful except mobile

Pros

What you get for the cost is incredible. No hidden fees or surprises. The success team is very responsive as well as the company as a whole. I've seen changes implemented in the platform that I asked for! They are constantly working to improve the platform and add everything that could be helpful to an organization.

Cons

The new mobile functionality has not been a good experience for us, and the follow up support with our problems and questions after our event was lackluster or didn't have the sense of urgency we would expect when you feel like you're missing a lot of money from an event. We thought transactions were going through during the event but it appears many of them didn't actually, with no way to recoup any of it.

The team is very responsive. We were able to navigate around pretty well to het familiar. Though each month we learn more and more about capabilities. The notification features help us feel confident we all know what’s going on at all times. Good checks and balances. This tool gave us hours of our week back for other things

Pros

Excellent record keeping. Excellent reports very informative to help us make decisions . Ease of use for website administration either ourselves or flip cause team.

Cons

We are still hoping for the phone text to donate options. It was promised when we joined but nothing yet.

Really good. This is a our third database company we have worked with. The team keeps saying how much better they are than the previous companies we worked with.

My experience with Flipcause has been wonderful.

Pros

This software is so incredibly easy to use. It is intuitive. We were a beta user for the CRM and I love our new database. Super simple to use. Making changes to our website is easy, also very intuitive. I actually can't believe that this product is not #1 in the industry. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. Any question I have is answered within the day and I have even called after hours and had customer support. I can't say enough good about Flipcause. I love them.

Cons

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This product is great. The customer service is excellent.

Sounds to good to be true, but its not! Flipcause is transformational for small Non-Profits!

We are so happy with Flipcause! When we first heard their offer we thought it was to good to be true. But they are the real deal, and working with them has been transformational for our small non-profit. We look forward to continuing to grow with them and hopefully for them to bring on new integrations like mailing list and mass email. I am not a bot, I just really want Flipcause to survive and thrive because of the impact they have had on our Non-Profit and how integral they are to our success.

Pros

It is fairly simple and easy to use. Where I have run into trouble an email to the success team immediately solves my problem. If I don't have time to implement a new campaign Flipcause will build out the bones for me and I can usually finish the details to my liking within an hour or two. They can fully build out campaigns and website pages for you, but I just find it faster to use them as support and for overall structure building.

Cons

Everything they do have I think works well, or well enough. So what I like least is that they do not have all the features I need to manage my non profit in house. Mainly mass emailing I wish that it was integrated with API directly to Flipcause so I could manage all my contacts in one place.

Easy to use and adaptable to our website. Reports for all donations and student fees is easy to access. Our staff find it a great program.

Cons

Some features are not available. For example, we would like to use it for Donor information and tracking.

Great Product for Small - Mid Nonprofits

Flipcause CRM, from our experiences, is not as powerful as a Salesforce or any of the other big-name CRM companies, but if you are looking for just a basic donor database that tracks donations and information such as contact information and notes in their accounts, then I would recommend Flipcause. If you are planning to use Flipcause for all that it has to offer and a big part of that decision is the CRM, just be prepared to deal with those small nuances. It's been a great product for us overall.

Pros

Flipcause is a clean and very manageable donation and event management software. From day 1, we were able to easily create events and fundraising opportunities, track donations, and embed information on our website. Flipcause makes it extremely easy to customize event and fundraising webpages and tools, which always allowed our donors to know exactly what they were doing.

Cons

The tools to build campaigns could be more customizable. As for a donor database, we were a part of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools beta launch and had access to their fully active tool. It is a very helpful tool with good information and search functions. It is especially handy if you import and manually input your donor information before you begin to use Flipcause as a donation...

Pros

As the ED of a small organization I got pretty good at doing it all myself, including setting up donation and campaign pages. Moving to Flipcause has been a game changer in terms of customer service and support. The support teams are always available to help put a campaign together and have taken a look of work off my hands.

Cons

Not sure yet, I haven't had a chance to play with all the features, particularly the reporting capabilities.

Flipcause makes Tracking and Managing Donations Easy.

Our donors seem to like Flipcause and if there is an issue it gets cleared up immediately. Fast response time. Great customer service. Reasonable rates. Dependable. Not breakdowns in service.

Pros

Flipcause folks have been wonderful to work with. Fast response time and always following up. At one time they also sent us a device to use to make selling our book easier. We didn't have this software. I think the fact that our donors receive an instant Flipcause thank you is very good. Even though we send each donor our own STC Thank you letter.

Cons

I have zero negative comments about Flipcause after using it for a number of years.

Flipcause makes running a small nonprofit so easy

By switching to Flipcause we eliminated using Eventbrite (for registration), PayPal (for payment processing), WordPress (for website design), Donorsnap (for donor record management ... very powerful program but overkill for our small organization). I'm waiting for the last consolidation and the elimination of Constant Contact (for mass email).

Pros

I'm using Flipcause with 2 nonprofits I manage ... and love it. So handy to have event registration, sponsorship, volunteers, payment processing AND a friendly website all in one place. The team is always willing to help me customize a campaign for an odd-ball task like exhibit space reservation, and is always trying to update and improve the functionality.

Cons

Some people have thought our website to be less professional looking than it could. Would love to get it to that level of appearance, but without knowing programming codes ... is this even possible?

The Flipcause software is easy to learn, the success team is extremely helpful.

Cons

The Peer to Peer aspect of Flipcause has been difficult for us to implement well. I would love if there was a way to send mass communication through Flipcause. There is an option for visitors to your website to signup for your newsletter but no way to send newsletters through Flipcause.

Excellent beginning software for Nonprofit

The quality of the appearance of our website is great. The ability to get technical help is very good. We have added numerous new donors due to the ease of making donations online. I am very pleased with the results of selecting Flipcause as our host company.

Pros

From initial investigation to the launching of the final product was about 3 months. The website works perfectly and has caused our donation frequency and repeat donations to increase substantially.

We have selected two optional fields that are critical to us. These fields allow donors to direct where their funds are used. Many donors select repeated donations, up to multiple months. A significant concern is that when they select where the funds are to be used, that is only reported one time, at the first donation. All subsequently repeated donations omit the direction to which their funds are to be used. This is a major problem.

Pros

The Flipcause Team is responsive, helpful and very polite. The software is easy to use. the Team we work with is very helpful.

Cons

As a user, more options for making description changes would be nice.

Robust Features and Great Customer Service

Customer service is very fast and readily available.

Pros

The interface is very intuitive, which makes searching for basic information very easy even for beginners. Reports are easy to generate with a little practice. Very robust features for the price. Campaigns integrate directly with our website.

Cons

The system does not handle special characters very well. For example, it's not possible to enter a last name as O'Dell. This is awkward when exporting for mailing lists. The app seems limited and only useful for checking in attendees. Entries in custom fields can stack up in certain circumstances, which can bury useful information under special event details.

Dreadful Company + Terrible Customer Service

Not one benefit. This was supposed to be for our agency website. We serve the homeless with severe and persistent mental illness and did not receive the support needed. What a waste of money - $3,600 + a pending $1,800 that I am currently disputing with our credit card company.

Pros

I have nothing positive to say about this company!

Cons

We never got it to work. We paid for it for 2 years and now that I'm trying to terminate the 3rd year that I did not request, I am being given the run around.

Pros

The software has been excellent tool for the Not for Profit that I volunteer for. We are able to come up with ideas that benefit the company best to our advantage.

Cons

As an Administrator, the product is fine, but there is a time element involved in teaching this software to our staff (Grant writers, etc) . I think with a little effort , we will be ok.
