Gelato Globe

Digital brand management with local printing

5.0/5 (2 reviews)

Gelato Globe overview

Gelato Globe (GG) is a digital brand management platform with local printing for multi-office and/or multi-national organizations that use prints such as sales and marketing materials, business cards, and stationery, across multiple sites.

Gelato Globe intelligently allocates orders to the digital print houses closest to the delivery address using its worldwide network of professional printers, helping to reduce shipping distances and minimize delivery times. The on-demand nature of Gelato Globe eliminates excess print volumes, helping to save money and reduce paper waste from unnecessary prints.

Print files are uploaded to the platform, and can be accessed, edited (within branded templates to ensure brand consistency if necessary) and ordered by teams across sites, enabling tailored, targeted content fit for local markets. Integration with commonly used design tools such as the Adobe suite and Monotype, along with cloud storage such as Google Drive and Dropbox, help make the process seamless and intuitive.

Gelato Globe facilitates ordering, cost allocation and reporting, and payments can be made in the user's preferred currency, further removing admin. The platform is device neutral; enabling users to order and manage prints on-the-go via mobile device.

Increasing marketing efficiency

Used daily for 6-12 months

Cost savings for printings, higher efficiency in reaching our target groups, higher value (again) for printed materials, support of globalization efforts. Gelato offers a convincing concept, allowing to print brochures and other marketing collaterals on demand, and directly to the markets which they should be shipped to. This saves printing costs tremendously, but also increases marketing efficiency.
