Overall, customer service was responsive and software was decent. Beware if you want to cancel, you have to do it before they bill as they do no refunds or partial billing. I initially wanted to cancel as I wasn't really using the service. They offered a couple months for free to keep me on and I did agree. Still didn't really use it during that time and went to cancel 1 day after the billing started. I was informed it was against their policy to do any refunds even on day 1. So, had to pay for an entire month which I thought wasn't right.
I like that you can monitor your reviews on most platforms, catch a bad review to make it right before posting and set auto reminders via email and text to automatically send out for you to get more reviews. You can upload your past customers to get reviews.
It seemed you had to manually upload a list and or type your clients/customer info one by one into the software. Might of been an integration with it for CRM's but not sure. I didn't use it much as my volume of customers were low at the time (couple transactions a month)

NONE - You need to grab a good review from a customer and then populate all the review sites - NOW THAT would be worth paying for. Also provide automatic SEO to benefit your customer's business.
I did like that it was easy to set up and looked pretty professional and linked the customer back to me if they were not happy with their service first....
Way too expensive for what it is actually accomplishing....

Good website and software but can be improved a lot.
The ease and accessibility to use the software makes it very comfortable and simple for the user to perform functions.
Most of the reviews are not incentivized which decrease the will to write more reviews regarding the useful and new software.

We get so many great reviews and it has helped directly with income to the bottom line. If someone is unhappy we find out about it so we can address it directly with the customer instead of getting a poor review.
Allows us to request reviews that are published on 3rd party sites like Google, Yelp and Trip Advisor, unlike many platforms that just post on their own sites. Google is most often read by our customers and the reviews are a large part of how Google ranks your business for organic SEO. We have hundreds of Google and yelp reviews and lots on Trip Advisor too.

The customer service sold us however the software is very user-friendly. Plus, it works well with my mobile device as well.
A few glitches in the system, however, the customer service and production team were able to address and correct very quickly.

Where do I start? WOW. Get More Reviews literally saved my business! I run a Distillery in Texas and we have 5 star reviews across the board on so many different platforms - Yelp, Google, Trip Advisor, etc. When I started using Get More Reviews my business had some reviews, but nothing that made my business stand out. I LOVE this service. The reviews are storming in so fast - similar to Carmelo Anthony...

Like having more reviews on google!
It's easy to input the customers. However, we input 20 and MAYBE get 1 response. I have asked Get More Reviews to audit my account to help improve this but I don't think it's ever been done.
its a little clunky at time and hard to figure out where to get started. I have heard from customers that the link doesn't work.

It has helped streamline our process for asking for reviews. All of our emails, internal docs, and communication with clients we have links to reviews.

The reviews are in the center of our marketing strategy, so very beneficial, we can target happy customers instead of sending mass requests and losing in quality of reviews.
I find that the software is easy to use.
It needs to implement some notification system for the admin

There are some features that allow advanced tailoring which are above my head and unnecessary for what I need out of the product.

Our firm was very concerned about the lack of reviews we had been receiving so we began to look into the various software packages offered by companies. We found Get More Reviews to be very user friendly for our firm and our clients, but also offered the most bang for the buck. Our reviews have improved steadily and we are very pleased with the results Get More Reviews has produced.
The dashboard is very user friendly. We are able to input our clients e-mail information and the program handles the rest. We also like being able to provide review options, such as Google and BBB, to our clients.
Honestly, I haven't experienced any difficulties with the software to this point. This program is very easy to use and does it all.

The ability to add various links and have bad feedback actually stopped is gold. We've tested it and found reviews increased and bad reviews were stopped and addressed without any review.
I do not like the design. I know this is subtle, but from a marketing perspective, the look of the end user UI matters and this is hardly attractive. Also, wish there was more customization in the dashboard and features.

In almost 3 years of being in business, we've scraped and clawed for the 13 reviews we had before teaming up with Get More Reviews. A week into our partnership with them, and we already have TEN 5-star reviews. I'm only angry with myself for not doing this sooner!
We're a regional Assisted Stretch company that is experiencing FAST growth. One thing that was NOT growing was our list of Google Reviews.
