Pros

It has been a great help in getting reviews. We have more reviews than any other company in our city because of this software.
I like the fact that itis easy to use and its contact import capabilities. I like that you can track each request activity and the price is just right.
I like that all of my reviews are in one spot, so that I can easily see them and respond to each review quickly. I love that it sends out requests for reviews.

Pros

They are attentive and intentional. We shopped around for a long while trying to find the right fit, and at our current phase, this feels like a great fit.
Super easy setup and the notifications look great on Slack.
The setup was very easy and they answer all my questions pretty fast. I like their mindset and the direction they are taking.

Cons

If someone is unhappy we find out about it so we can address it directly with the customer instead of getting a poor review.
Beware if you want to cancel, you have to do it before they bill as they do no refunds or partial billing. I initially wanted to cancel as I wasn't really using the service.
Still didn't really use it during that time and went to cancel 1 day after the billing started. I was informed it was against their policy to do any refunds even on day 1.

Cons

It wasn't always entirely clear what's included in the trial. When another team member connects a different flow, the flow management is slightly confusing.
It's a very lite software, which is what i'm looking for. But, I am missing some basic features (account management, password / email changes, etc).
Unfortunately, I am not a large enough company to need many platforms.
