Not bad if you have the volume

Overall, customer service was responsive and software was decent. Beware if you want to cancel, you have to do it before they bill as they do no refunds or partial billing. I initially wanted to cancel as I wasn't really using the service. They offered a couple months for free to keep me on and I did agree. Still didn't really use it during that time and went to cancel 1 day after the billing started. I was informed it was against their policy to do any refunds even on day 1. So, had to pay for an entire month which I thought wasn't right.

Pros

I like that you can monitor your reviews on most platforms, catch a bad review to make it right before posting and set auto reminders via email and text to automatically send out for you to get more reviews. You can upload your past customers to get reviews.

Cons

It seemed you had to manually upload a list and or type your clients/customer info one by one into the software. Might of been an integration with it for CRM's but not sure. I didn't use it much as my volume of customers were low at the time (couple transactions a month)

Easy to use and amazing results!

It is a wonderful alternative to the $500 per month a lot of the other companies want.

Pros

I like that it is cost-effective and has increased my business substantially. Increasing the number of reviews to my business increases my SEO and allows more for bookings. I have been incredibly happy with this service and would recommend it.

Cons

I wish that I could connect it to all of our booking software like Podium can do. It can be a lot of work to send out all of the emails. Hoping it improves and gets easier.

Best bang for the buck!

The Price comparison to other review platforms is a much better value with get more reviews

A good fit, but not for all businesses

Overall we have had a good experience with the GetMoreReviews program, however it hasn't increased our online reviews as much as we have hoped. After several months of using it, we have only received a handful of reviews from the 100+ invoices we have sent out. It did help block a couple of negative reviews from being posted, which gave us the opportunity to address the client's issues and make them happy.

Pros

It's professional, easy to use, and affordable.

Cons

I'm not unhappy with the software. It is user friendly and straightforward.

Great Program

Pros

I love how you can email and text customers to send reviews. Most programs only offer email and those that offer text are very expensive. I found this program much more affordable than others I saw.

Cons

One feature I do not like is I find some customers (those not good with email/technology) would reply back to the text/email thinking they were leaving a review instead of clicking on the link. I wish this could be converted into a review.

Great Product & Service - Give Them A Try

Pros

Setup was easy and quick. The tracking options are good features. Social Media links are a definite bonus. Compared to other companies, GMR is a great product for the price!!

Cons

Phone support would make understanding the dashboard and all the options much quicker and simpler. a cell phone app would be recommended for the future.

Great - That was a good solution for a small business. We used to work with other companies that have maybe a better system but it not affordable for the small business owners.

Pros

The system is quite easy to access. We get results and are happy with that.

Cons

Not having control over the Contact that we send a review request and they did not answer "the people that click on a link to write a review but then decide not to do it. There it shows on the GetMoreReview system that they did write a review.

Hidden Gem of a service, and wonderful to work with.

I am getting online reviews almost daily from my actual patients. It is so wonderful to see what my patients think about their experiences in my dental office, and even more so when they post them online. This helps a lot in our marketing, and in our online reputation. I have more and more patients commenting how they found so many good reviews about our office, and I even have people applying for jobs at our office because of the reviews they found about us online. And my time investment has been minimal. So I'm a very happy user/customer.

Pros

I have been using this company for over a year now, and they have delivered more than promised and charged less than I expected. To be blunt, I have recommended them to anyone and everyone interested in online reviews. I am a total fan of this team and service. the price would be hard to beat, and the service is fantastic. Cons

There is not a lot that I can say about negatives for this group. They have helped me and my company a lot. If I were to say anything negative about these guys, I'd say that they probably need to do more marketing. I wish I would have found them sooner, and if they had been more out there, I probably would have!

Great survey platform

Great customer service and assistance with functionality questions. No issues.

Pros

This software is great if you're looking for a cost-effective, simplistic format for surveying. Follow up and user notifications are automated making admin management easy. Survey redirect for positive reviews is also a helpful way to increase positive social media reviews. Negative reviews allow for direct customer interaction for a personal and quick resolution.

Cons

Reporting for data solely based on a thumbs up or thumbs up response would be life changing. One of the benefits of this platform is to be able to identify whether or not a thumbs up was received even if the customer decided not to continue through to leaving a social media review.

My experience with GetMoreReviews has been great. Without giving away what my business is (as I legally can't) my workforce deals with a ton of non-paying customers who never want to spend a penny. These people tend to leave a bad review when we just tell them everything in the building isn't free. My paying customers love us but people only leave a bad review unless you practically beg them to leave...

Pros

Easy to bulk upload contacts from a CSV, easy to craft both text and email requests, and get negative and positive feedback

Cons

GetMoreReviews is just a bit expensive. I consider it part of my advertising budget as it is worth it. $99 per month is just a bit much bu it's worth it.

Horrible Software an Poor Customer Service -When we complained about their changes they Cancelled us

Horrible customer service. We are considering legal action, since after we complained [SENSITIVE CONTENT] cancelled our subscription. Very unprofessional and aggressive conduct.

Pros

The program was sold to us as a comprehensive review management that we can use to monitor and manage reviews. A key feature was sentiment review and management. This was a major selling point which they emphasized to us. They now decided to do away with that. They now flipped only a few months later. This is a typical bait and switch which is improper and unethical in our view. We are considering legal action, since after we complained [SENSITIVE CONTENT] cancelled our subscription. Very unprofessional and aggressive conduct.

Cons

Very confusing dashboard, high cost, and not flexible. Also, they made significant changes and not the software is not what they sold us.

Get More Reviews might be the only platform you need

It was good. One problem was that every now and then my customers couldn't get on to it. I think the program was thinking the email account was invalid. Not sure, no one was able to help me

Pros

Get more reviews has a fundamental way to get into reputation management. I have been using them for my social media customers, and the ones who use it can learn and respond to customers before it gets out of control.

Cons

For people who own a very high Social Media account, there are a few areas where some of the more expensive products like birds eye and podium can deliver more, but 99% of the time it's all a company needs

Effective, straightforward solution

Haven’t had any issues so haven’t needed customer service.

Pros

I tested many similar services. This one was the most straightforward. All I need it to do is help me collect new reviews. It does that very well and for a fair price.

Cons

The product works well, but it does not include any integrations or automations with your CRM or Zapier.

Pros

Pricing was very attractive. Didn’t have a long term commitment. Seems very easy to use. Overall decent product but needs some critical improvements

Cons

Customer service is so so. You can’t talk to anyone and have to chat which seems to have extended delays (seems like staffing issues). Most times you can start a chat and not expect and response for the next few hours. Customer click through rate is not good. The thumbs up or thumbs down is too generic and doesn’t tell my customers that they have to follow through after the thumbs up. Many customers who we surveyed stated that they were under the impression that thumbs up meant they were happy and no review was necessary.

Cheaper alternative to Trustpilot

We need a review service that allows us to communicate with all of our customers, but we're pretty much paying for just the software because we still need to go in and manually reach out to all of our customers.

Pros

-affordable price for smaller companies -like their filter process, allows you to respond back to negative reviews -easy to respond to customers when they've left a review

Cons

-no automation, work is pretty manual -pretty simple software -can't customize review stream (pretty unattractive)

Very positive experience with GetMoreReviews. They seem very down to earth and are very easy to get in touch with.

Pros

Made getting new reviews such a breeze! No longer was I having to send out some random long code that i got wrong half the time to get a review. This is automated and sleek. My reviews just started coming in!!

Cons

There really is not anything i can think of. The price is more than reasonable for a very good roi.

Cheap and complete alternative for customer feedback

We got really good results when getting client feedback from our final clients already using the products we sold. It was easy for us to set up and easy for them to reply.

Pros

We liked the easy management of our client reviews, the way we could filter them in topics, and the affordable price in comparison to similar alternatives.

Cons

The customization of the design is limited, which was a problem when making the reviews forms match our company branding

Certainly did "get more reviews"

Excellent experience, easy to set up and the staff at "get more reviews" were friendly and helpful.

Pros

it worked! it certainly did what it says "get more reviews". Immediately we got heaps of great reviews. I was surprised at how effective it was. I had been trying my own way, for several years, to get reviews or feedback with limited success. I am not sure why 'get more reviews' works so well, It may be the ease of leaving a review, as it is a much simpler process to just click a few buttons and be taken straight to a review site. Or it may be that 'get more reviews" automatically send reminders.

Cons

It is probably best suited for companies that have at least several customers per week, otherwise, it may be expensive to just collect the occasional review.

Outstanding site for easy reviews

We love it. Easy to use and simple for customers to link and review.

Pros

We like the easy to use platform! It keeps track of who has been contacted and you can set time limits to not overlap customers for a certain time, no double asking for reviews! Our customers like the simple access to review us. Most customers need the reminder to rate us so it works well for us. Glad we found this site.

Cons

I with there was a price plan for two locations. We have one company with two locations and the price is very expensive. I feel like there is value in the site so I continue to pay but wish it were less expensive!

Pros

This software is so easy to use and the results we have received have been amazing!! I love the feature that notifies you when you get a thumbs down, it has given us the opportunity to contact patients and remedy any issues they have before it posts a bad review. Customer service is on hand if you need them and very helpful. Definitely worth the cost.

Cons

The only thing that is annoying is every time I enter an email I have to click email. seems like if you are entering them and you start with email, it should automatically just select it for the following entries.

The software is easy to use. I can quickly send out a review request to any client of ours in mere seconds and they can easily leave us a review on the site of their preference. It is quick and easy for all involved.j
