My experiences with GetMoreReviews overall was very pleasant. I generated a lot of reviews very quickly which was the initial goal and they continued to trickle in. They also had really good customer service.
It was very easy to use and non-aggressive. Our customers responded very well to this. It is easy to use and you can generate new lists using .crv files. My favorite thing is that you can generate a
My only complaint with the software is that it looks the same every time an email is sent so it can become repetitive. Over time I could see it being less effective.

Very happy and have every intention of continuing with this service.
It does what it is supposed to do. We have been able to encourage our guests to leave a number of online reviews which has increased our organic SEO significantly. We are also able to have these reviews stream on our website and post to our social media.
I wish it would integrate with our CRM software instead of having to download and upload customer info to be able to use it. Automation would make it perfect.

We've had more patients leave reviews due to simplicity of the system.
The software is easy to use, and the links that get sent out are appealing to the eye and easy to use.
I wish it were a little easier to tell if a patient's info had been put in previously, prior to entering, but I am satisfied with how it does it now.

Great overall.
I loved how effective it is. It is very simple to use and screens the bad reviews from the good ones. The good ones are immediately redirected to either google, yelp, etc where they easily leave a review.
Not being able to integrate with our POS software. Automation is key these days and having to manually insert contacts is tedious. If you figure this out you'll go a long way.

I like that my clients have one place to check the status of campaigns at any time in one quick place. I like that I can control what depth they can see for each client's needs.
I don't like that it cannot import call or message stats from Google Ads or combine the views, visits to website, directions or calls from multiple Google My Business accounts into the same dashboard.

Good website and software but can be improved a lot.
The ease and accessibility to use the software makes it very comfortable and simple for the user to perform functions.
Most of the reviews are not incentivized which decrease the will to write more reviews regarding the useful and new software.

Overall I've loved working with the GetMoreReviews team and their product solves to problem it set out to do. No major complaints.
I love how friendly the team is and how they setup my campaign for me. It's nice to not have to deal with all the tech stuff sometimes.
I wish the tool was a bit more user friendly and had a better design. It feels a little dated.

NONE - You need to grab a good review from a customer and then populate all the review sites - NOW THAT would be worth paying for. Also provide automatic SEO to benefit your customer's business.
I did like that it was easy to set up and looked pretty professional and linked the customer back to me if they were not happy with their service first....
Way too expensive for what it is actually accomplishing....
