Terrible UX. Avoid hours of frustration

2015-12-15

It truly sucks... for example: In order to send a simple follow up mailing to -"people who didn't open" the first email, it requires an extensive "save search" process which you then have to repeat individually for every campaign I'm surprised at the high feedback score here and hope I've helped save you hours of frustration by just avoiding getresponse

Response from GetResponse

Hi Ed,

Certainly very sorry to hear that this was your experience with us. We always strive to truly make your email marketing campaigns as simple as possible, so sorry to hear this wasn't your experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding the saved search terms, and will certainly pass it down the line for serious consideration.

We certainly wish you all the best with your email marketing, and hope perhaps you could give us another chance in the future -- we take customer feedback very seriously.

Best regards,
