I feel mixed about the software.

Ease of use in regards to the templates, getting to see what kind of likelihood of the email being rejected could be.

Pros

I like that the templates, overall, are easier to use than Constant Contact. I also like that they check the spam score on your emails before you send them out.

Cons

The SalesForce integration is absolutely terrible. It does not work AT ALL. Also, the customer support for it is also absolutely terrible.

Lots of promise but fails on the basics - like list management

I was excited to use this product as it had lots of promise with nice opt-forms, nice email templates which are quite drag and drop, A/B testing, preview in other browsers, mobile friendly templates, live chat support (I had been using Constant Contact so this was all wonderful).

Constant Contact is the perfect email software for what we need

We used to have issues with it back in the day and switched to GetResponse but all the issues we had, CC fixed.

Pros

It is SUPER easy to use, very user friendly, and our customers seem to love the emails that we send them from the software.
