Ease of access to key company resources and information. Eliminates time spent scrolling through drives or bookmarks.
Need to type in GoLink perfectly in order to be taken to the right spot. Auto-redirect would be helpful in case typos are made or the exact sequence of keywords isn't used.

GoLinks has been important for my at work because I don't have to bookmark or memorize messy URLs anymore. I can memorize simple, human-readable text that is actually relevant to the information I'm looking for, and it's all customizable to my preferences.
The best thing about GoLinks is that it turns long, messy URLs into short, clean, human-readable URLs that are easy to memorize hence making it more efficient and less frustrating to find information. GoLinks are easy to set up and even easier to use. It's a must-have for all companies. GoLinks provides an excellent user interface and dashboard with loads of valuable resources like link analytics, chrome extensions, personalized links, and many more.
There's not much to dislike about GoLinks but if I had to nitpick, it would be that there aren't too many integrations that are available straight out of the box; however, all the important ones are there, like Slack, Google Docs, and Gmail.

The fact that it shortens my search for daily-used links
The performance - the time it takes to get from the golink to the actual link

In meetings, it's so helpful to ask attendees to visit go/xyz rather than (a) telling them a long URL (b) sending the link in the Zoom chat which disappears as soon as the meeting is over (c) sending the link somewhere else that gets attendees to actually leave the meeting to find it!
We all have so many bookmarked links and docs, sometimes it's difficult and time consuming to find the right one. GoLinks fixes that by making your most important links easy to access through a memorable, short and customised URL!
If a GoLink is already used, it'd be great if you could send a request via GoLinks to the owner to see if you can take over ownership e.g. if theirs is no longer in use. Not a big deal - you can see who owns it and can just message them elsewhere :)

When first using GoLinks, it did exactly what I thought it would - create a customizable url for webpage. The applications of this are plentiful, but for my use in a professional setting, we use it to link to a Jira form that creates tickets for our team. This go/link is easy to socialize, especially if you use a catchy or intuitive name, and it avoids a problem we would otherwise face if not using GoLinks. If certain modifications are made to the Jira form, the form will then update to a new url. This can create a scenario in which A) the new link has to be resocialized to all of our stakeholders every time and in addition, B) any documentation that has the link embedded would have to be updated with the new link.GoLinks circumvents all of this as it is the one central location we can update. What I didn't realize is that problem B can be addressed as well because a GoLink can be hyperlinked on a page as well by linking http://go/[link]. That way, once the GoLink is updated, all of the pages where the GoLink is linked are essentially updated along with it. So you no longer have to manually update every page. Loving the functionality of this product.
Haven't found anything that I particularly disliked with the software yet.

I sit within People Ops, so to be able to share vital information on all things of the employee life cycle and office experience with GoLinks is a breeze. Not to mention creating easy to remember links as well for folks to visit over and over again. Really helps with communication efforts and increased engagement overall from employees
So easy to use, a huge time saver and engagement analytics!
As of now, nothing. I've had nothing but positive experiences with GoLinks. As a user and admin.

I really like how easy it is to access links, documents/resources by using an easy-to-remember GoLink! I also love how easy it is to create a new GoLink, when needed.
Not able to have all my favorite GoLinks in one spot for even easier access!

Super easy to integrate and teach people how to use. That's the biggest benefit to me.
If you misremember a link, it can take some time to search it up.

Creating an understandable link to share is the most valuable feature
the naming structure of the link is still open to users to create, which leads to some mess

Keeping track of messy URLs and give them descriptive, memorizable, clean URLs
Shorten any URLs, very convenient for getting memorizable URLs (like wiki, github, etc) by giving them descriptive, "pretty" names. Also, it allows trackjing usage stats for the shortened URL. The customized DNS record enables us to use directly `https://go/` which is much easier/shorter than bit.ly or [SENSITIVE CONTENT]
Nothing comes to mind. Everything works as advertised. The UI is decently polished as well.

It's easy to share links across users. Just being able to tell someone "use go/example" instead of searching for a page in Confluence, for example, is very helpful!
I can't really think of any major issues with GoLink!

The ability to shorten the old fashioned long form URLs into a go/link format is a game changer. It is now easier to share URLs across the company, and easier to type them in in case you have misplaced the long url! They also can be edited, in case you need to change where they point towards!
I like it all - Go/Links works exactly as intended!

I think it is a great way to help shorten urls and also understand how much these links are being actually used and get some analytics around d that
The functionality of customizing the url links to give more meaningful and relatable link names which are easier to rember and share
Nothing that comes to my mind at this point in time

Love how anyone in our org can create their own go/links to make it easy to distribute links to everyone. And it's easy for other folks to manage those links, search for other links, and see statistics on how frequently they're used.
Nothing in particular comes to mind at the moment.

I love the following: (1) creating links that are easy to remember (2) being able to share the links to any one (3) efficiency in being able to find the document or website right away
As most of our documents are in the cloud, this helps us create easy-to-remember links to important but non-user-friendly URL. I also love the fact that we can make any short cut/name for the golinks we are creating.
None as far as I can tell. Everything is an upside.

- Simple enough for most of the usage, no need to learn anything.- Saved a lot of time across the team from maintaining a portal to list all dev tools- go/xxx is linguistically natural to use
- Maybe there's feature but I am not aware of, if there could be subdomain for each team to use it would be more convenient- sometimes have to create longer URL to be unique- Not free

We have distributed resources and tooling and golinks helps connect them all.
Great for organizing resources at remote companies.
Adoption is great on using short links but could be better on creating them.

It has been a superb experience using Go Links. I use it daily and has helped me save a lot of time and effort in preserving and tracking links.
The ease at which you can create shortened, human-readable URLs and the link analytics that it generates.

GoLinks make it easy to navigate to pages with the least amount of clicks; it saves me time even over using Bookmarks.
I only use GoLinks for pages I go to daily or at least a few times a week. If I didn't use them frequently, it would likely be easy to forget how I named the GoLink.

I haven't personally used the admin page, since I'm not an admin, but as a regular user it's really top notch
Ease-of-use and interesting metrics on the top shortcuts people are using.
Sometimes I wish there was a second level of organization possible since we have so many GoLink's.

One silly but useful benefit is the aesthetics of sharing using a golink in a presentation: instead of displaying a long bulky URL, can easily showcase a quick link for a large easy that's easy to remember and use, i.e. go/statusdashboard
Dashboard is very easy to use and navigate - particularly find the quick links in the sidebar helpful, i.e. My go links and Analytics
Is there a way to use the golink shortcut in the search bar without first creating a golink via the extension?

See above -- it's a timesaver and helps me find the right documents, project boards, etc.
GoLinks is a shared set of bookmarks managed by the entire team. It's been hugely helpful for me as a recently onboarded employee. If there's a golink for it, I can trust that I'm generally looking in the right place. With the browser extension, I can easily search through all important resources in the company, and I've found that for the most part I can guess a golink and I end up in the right place.
Honestly? It's all upside. Nothing negative to say.

Google had its own internal golinks and I have greatly missed the efficiency it provided since leaving. I now have the ability to inexpensively setup the same feature with little setup and a low management cost. The time savings have been great across the company!
There is nothing really I don't like, there is a free version you can use till you get the hang of using the tool or while you are onboarding team members. Most of our exec team uses GoLinks to quickly find whatever we are looking for.
