I embedded the Hey Oliver live chat widget to my landing page for marketing and boost sales.

Pros

They focus on deep audience data and analytics that help you run its campaigns truly exactly with the visitor segments, even running retargeting marketing campaigns.

Cons

Although Hey Oliver has a live chat widget, but it has not a Native mobile app for Android or IOS yet.

Easy to use with an amazing "Client Success" team. The tool provides all the features we needed.

We are working towards aligning our Marketing and Sales departments more closely.

Pros

It is easy to implement online and offline marketing campaigns based on what our visitors are interested in and this is quite effective, especially the push notifications because we bring those visitors back to our site.

Cons

Maybe a social media monitoring feature but this is not a major issue for us.

It saves so much time from looking for new marketing campaigns since the people that work there constantly keep informing us about new marketing campaigns we can start running and when.

Pros

I love the fact that you have everything you need in one package and that it is also very easy and straight forward to use.

Cons

I don't like setting up tools like this and i wish there was an easier and less intensive way to do so.

Makes our job a lot easier.

Pros

We have every information we need for each visitor and with automated running campaigns we make them more engaged and potential clients.

Cons

Something that we don't really like is that the live view, i believe so, is updated every 5 minutes. If it is please consider making it update a bit faster.

Ok product with subpar customer service

The integration was fine, it also looked very sleek and professional

Cons

Customer service was surprisingly unpleasant. I was very shocked that someone thought it would be okay to speak to a customer that way. The features aren't anything noteworthy. They're okay, but there are better solutions at a compartive price out there

The reason is that we receive all the information we need for each visitor in order to engage them by running automated campaigns. An important benefit of Hey Oliver is that it includes all the features a marketer needs in one unified platform.

Great widget!

Pros

What makes the HO widget ("Bubbly") extra special, is the option to customize it with links to FAQ and more. Exactly what I needed! And really unique in comparison to other chat support tools. This is especially useful for small businesses like ours who do not have the capacity for 24/7 chat support, and want to provide a nice widget for email-first support.

Cons

The UI could use some improvements.

Hey Oliver is great. Overall my funnel conversions have improved, and my B2b conversion rates have also gone up as well. It is really simple to set up and use.

Pros

Hey Oliver has been wonderful for helping my business track customers and convert them into recurring customers.
