Saves time. Easy to control and work as a team. Customazing the dashboard is very useful. Competitor monitoring is a great function. Analysing and reports are customazible hence very useful. Publishing simultaneously is a big plus.
Social inbox can be more robust. I would love to see a social CRM option.

HootSuite was one of the first social media management tools that I used. I was with the product for a few years to see new feature roll-outs, then some roll-backs as the software struggled with API changes on social media platforms. The price is affordable compared to other tools - I would recommend this if you want to do basic post scheduling on a budget. If you plan on having a team involved in editing and posting, and have a lot of social channels and streams to manage, I would recommend paying more for a more complex tool like Sprout Social, which is what I ended up switching to.

I've been using HootSuite for years and I keep discovering great features! I recently discovered the app connections in HootSuite with UpContent and Right Relevance and they have been essential when I am having a mental hiccup and don't know what to post.
I have found sometimes the numbers for engagement in the analytics section are a bit inflated. And the permission levels on the Enterprise team plan can get annoying.

If you have a business with social media accounts, then you absolutely need this! It allows you to create posts and schedule them weeks in advance! Everything is on a single dashboard making it super easy to manage every channel.
It is a paid web based software and if you have any issues with the software, their customer service is very slow!

I like that you are able to schedule posts to multiple social platforms. I also really like the auto schedule feature.
I wish that hootsuite gave me more analytics. I also wish it told me how it figures the best time to auto schedule.

Pretty straightforward social scheduling tool. Makes it easy to post and manage social schedules across multiple accounts.
None really come to mind. Service does what is advertised. There are many features allowing flexibility for businesses of all sizes.

It's a easy to use software with powerful social media tools to manage your social media presence. This tool help us to schedule our social media posts with multiple accounts and also generate reports to identify your growth.
I didn't face any major issues with the software but sometimes their might be a problem of accounts connectivity.

If you are looking for one product from which you can manage most of your social accounts at the same time, look no further than Hootsuite.
It's easy to use, user friendly and has a mobile app to make it convenient to make social updates while on the go.
Some of the API for some social networks are not perfect and make you go to the actual social network to make the post.

Hootsuite makes scheduling social media posts easy and streamline overall social media strategy.
The Free Version was enough for our small business. Easy to schedule posts on multiple accounts. Mobile app is easy to use and makes posting on the go simple. Link shortener and the ability to track analytics are helpful features. Multiple users can access accounts
Somewhat confusing dashboard. Video tutorials are helpful, but could be expanded to show different use examples.

It was easy to use and helped with stress.
I loved how I was able to plan a large number of posts in advance and schedule when they were going to be published. I am constantly on the go and timing in everything in social media. This program allows me to prepare in advance so I can pay attention to what I am doing in the present.
It does not have all the social media platforms .

I think Hootsuite is great for the basics of social media scheduling and it is also excellent with analytics, managing content, and social listening. I would say it is one of the best social media tools on the market.
They have really been around since the beginning and I can't think of too many cons that haven't been iterated and fixed. It used to look a little clunky in years past, but has really become more streamlined.

Allows you to easily schedule social media posts on various social media networks making managing multiple social networks easy and convenient. It's also a great way to monitor social media comments, likes, mentions, etc.
I think the layout could be better so you don't have to scroll horizontally. Also, I've experienced issue in the past when trying to connect social media networks to the software. Once they're connected though, everything seems to work fine.

The ability to post over several platforms from the software itself saves a lot of time for social media moderators. The automated report generation is a game-changer.
It would be better if the software caters more detailed/ guided tour of the software so that it makes it easier for beginners also to use it with less technical terms.

I love it and use it whenever I can. I was using Hootsuite but I find Social Champ offers more functions I use and cheaper.

Social Champ has won us over with their exceptional customer service. We had an issue re-subscribing (on our end) and they were able to work with us to make it right. They valued our service and were easy to work with!

Terrible. Awful. Horrendous. Not good.
It was fine until all my scheduled posts disappeared without warning or explanation. No way to put in a ticket or to retrieve. Countless of hours of panning and input down the drain. This has caused major problems and work
All scheduled posts disappeared. A disaster!!! The calendar view is ridiculous,. Coming from hootsuite which provided a visual of scheduled posts it's hard to change gears In socialchamp because you have to take multiple steps to view scheduled posts-wasting a ton of time and energy

Overall, I am very happy with Social Champ and am thrilled with how much time and effort it saves.
Since this is the first social management tool I have used in earnest, I am pretty impressed with the capabilities and how much time is saved by using an all-in-one management platform like this one. By far my favorite feature of this software is the ability to manage and post to more than one social account at once and schedule posts for later publication. These features work exceptionally well on Social Champ.
While this is a minor gripe, I think the interface is a little dated and older looking. While it works perfectly fine, I think it could use a bit of a facelift, especially when comparing it to platforms like Hootsuite. Another minor complaint only pertains to those who use the free tier. The analytics in the free tier are particularly weak and only offer two weeks of data.

Before shifting to Social Champ we were oscillating between trials of hootsuite and buffer with limited functionalities, then we shifted to a self hosted solution but after 3 months realized it was getting difficult to maintain the software with regular api change of Social Media and after doing some search we landed to Social champ and have never looked back, it's really very easy and even the untrained staff handles it very well. The software is evolving gradually but a good pace, it has all the features which a business need and some worthy features here to mention are recycling of old posts, calender shceduling and mobile app which helps a lot .
Ease of use and one step authentications with very easy to understand menu's. The mobile app is very useful too and very intuitive. Bulk posting with CSV adds charm to the software, you can see all posts in calendar thats's very helpful too. RSS feature is nice which helps to schedule posts directly from my website to social media.
Bulk image upload hosting is not available as of now due to which have to upload image at other place and then give links in Social Champ which becomes sometimes tiring .
