Pros

They have a very easy platform to navigate and great resources to help you create great emails. The email analytics are very simple and straightforward and provide great detailed information.
It's a great tool for email automation, building out landing pages, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, and maintaining a blog. On top of that they provide great customer service 24/7.
I couldn't believe i was already done when my forms uploaded to my site. I love the tutorials...they not only help me with the software but give me great marketing ideas as well.

Pros

Very positive and there is entire community to support a Click funnel user on face book that helps with learinng making good funnels and marketing. Its like finding a family.
The benefit, is that while I am still gaining traction online, I can "look" like the best of them, easily.
Overall, I loved the platform and great value for very little cost compared. Will highly recommend and will use again.

Cons

The other downside is that the UX can be messy. Sometimes functions you've been using can be moved to another menu, which is very irritating.
M disappointed at the limited number of dashboards you can have with our plan. I am also disappointed at the # of templates we can have with our plan.
We've had connectivity issues with Instagram and Facebook. We were never able to get Instagram to connect properly, and while the Facebook connects, it will periodically disconnect with no warning.

Cons

This is a terrible, terrible concern. Due to the system being unreliable, the pages can snap and not load properly for hours on end, sometimes even longer.
Customer service is horrid and you should expect to wait for days. They are a SOFTWARE company that requires 10 day notice on cancellation and just finding the access to cancel the platform.
Backpack and actionetics are suffering and lacking. Customer support is also pretty bad now.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

All-in-one marketing tool

Our processes improved as we were able to streamline our efforts. Hubspot's reporting is great, which helped translate the value to clients we work with. It's easy to connect and track everything you do which all marketers absolutely love.

Pros

It integrates many marketing functions - and that saves A LOT of time. From email marketing to landing pages, call to action, blog publishing, social media etc - it is absolutely a lifesaver. It has amazing personalization options and SMART content.

Cons

Landing page tool can sometimes be a bit limiting in terms of design. If you're used to creating landing pages in tools such as clickFunnels or LeadPages, Hubspot process looks pretty basic and limiting. Another thing would be price, as this tool is fairly expensive for small businesses.

It's very cost efficient given the features it has & has amazing UX given how complicated and robust the features are. Big or small, THIS is the "super CRM" you need.

Pros

It's helps you do all the things you'd want to do to better marketing (ie. top-of-funnel awareness building & demand generation). it's a robust tool and definitely enterprise grade in its capacity. Automation, at it's best, is an efficient way to handle task productivity and also thorough front-end planning of how you'll approach even tiny marketing decisions. If you check the reviews online, it's Hubpsot and a few others are both killing it for features and easy but also values, while known giants (ie. Salesforce) are NOT so great and many known enterprise grade tools are simply too expensive given the actual value they deliver.

Cons

It's a full robust tool and, even with it's great online training "academy", it takes a ton of effort. The question is not "Does person X have the background in marketing"; more like "are you willing to invest the time to train in and properly use this enterprise marketing tool". If you're just, say, managing a mailing list, use MailChimp; if you just need opt-in pages, use ClickFunnels, etc. But this is suite of tools, so commit your marketing team to step up to the plate here. Value is good but still fluxes depending on if you got a discount from a startup accelerator (1st and 2nd years are both cheaper). Customer Support CANNOT do the hard work of learning this tool and designing marketing processes for you.
