Pros

A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.
HubSpot helps track, monitor and create the best content for growing my business. I have seen great strides from using this company.
Lots of cool features that are quite easy to use. Great academy to learn how to take good advantage of all the features.

Pros

I believe it is a great asset for any business. Once setup it is extremely easy to use and gives valuable insights to improve and thrive your business.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.

Cons

I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.
It's frankly disgusting that this company relies on such draconian measures as a source of revenue.

Cons

I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.

The marketing team's workflow is easy to follow and personalize using the tool. I can see everything visually which makes things easier for me as I'm a visual learner, and automating emails makes sending out information a breeze.

Great experience- we attribute our marketing and sales success almost entirely to Hubspot.

Pros

All of Hubspot's automation tools are key to our marketing success. Having everything in one platform is critical for both sales and marketing to collaborate. The software's drip campaigns allow the user to automate almost any marketing process.

Cons

The reporting is terrible and the Google Analytics integration isn't great. As a result, our company has to supplement our Google Analytics data with Hubspot data to get a clearer picture that doesn't always match up.

Great overview of metrics and contact organization.

Pros

It has helped our organization get a better handle on SEO and google analytics and streamline our contacts.

Cons

When adding a chat feature to our site the chat functions are limited i.e. no ability to add images or files during chat. I wish it was a little more user friendly.

My company is in the life sciences industry, we are a 700 person privately held company. As a new hire I was looking for a strategic investment that would drag our marketing out of the dark ages and set us on the path to achieve transparency and visibility in our marketing effort thereby enabling us to implement a comprehensive inbound / content marketing strategy. We compared all the competitors for a marketing automation platform despite personally being a user and advocate of 2 direct competitors we chose Hubspot. It was simply the right tool for our level of skill, resources and maturity for us. As our ,maturity and complexity grows the tool is still meeting our expectations. It is pivotal to our marketing organization

Pros

Easy to use. lots of integration. A steady stream of improvements.

Cons

Reporting is still a challenge in the way i want to report. I still find myself using google analytics to answer certain questions.

Pros

I've used Marketing Hub at the Starter level. The feature set and user analytics tools are very powerful. The interface and design are much nicer than something like Google Analytics. Also, it's really nice to have one central service for analytics but also for landing pages, email funnels, ads, etc.

Cons

It gets expensive really quickly. I've had a few, clients where it would have been perfect for what they do, but they simply couldn't afford it. Also, some of the reports are tricky to get the data to display how you want it. I've found that while Google Analytics has a much more boring/plain interface, I can quickly and intuitively get the data I want for specific date ranges and metrics.

Great alternative for established companies with clear marketing objectives

It was a great option to try but at the end we switched to another internal tool, away from the agency that worked with us. We may give it a chance in the future again.

Pros

It is complete and high quality, including all features needed for a 360 marketing campaign.

Cons

It may be expensive and require effort to setup and configure. Usually you will have an agency or similar Hubspot partner helping you set it up or doing training.

Pros

Inbound marketing. It's so easy to link campaigns and monitor the fll campaign, a real 360 view made easy.

Cons

Deals - This can be very limited and we come across a lot of sticking points for clients.

Pros

It is useful for my profession in terms of getting insights

Technology has expanded and competitors are using more integrated software for marketing making it a centralized hub, this should be considered.

Great analytics for site

Overall I’m happy with it. Google doesn’t charge crazy prices for enterprise.

Pros

Great keyword level analytics. Great analytic platform for creating funnel views and attribution models.

Cons

It keeps changing and getting a tad more convoluted. I wish there were one single hub instead of tag manager being separate.

I have had a great experience with Google Analytics. I like the information that I can get out of it.

Pros

I think this software provides great insight into ads, marketing, etc. I like how easy it is to use.

Cons

This software doesn't provide everything you need to know so we use it in conjunction with HubSpot analytics.

There is a reason why Google Analytics is the de facto tool for marketing analytics. It gives you statistics and detailed reports so that you can decide your marketing strategy or do some tweaks regarding the insights provided by Google Analytics. It is flexible and effective and gives you a vast array of reporting options.

Cons

In order for your marketing efforts to be meaningful and your marketing strategy to work, you should spend a good sum of a budget.
