More insights into our lead generation process and streamlining it.

Pros

The software is very well designed and works flawlessly in most cases. The (free) CRM is great and very well integrated in the Marketing and Sales tools. The on-boarding process is very, very professionally done and HubSpot is really helpful in getting things started as a HubSpot user. Their HubSpot Academy is great! As far as I know, it's one the most complete marketing automation tools out there.

Cons

The pricing is kinda high compared to some other marketing automation tools out there. But it's more scalable in return. It's easy to use, but it takes some time and technical skills to setup and get things going. Some extra integrations, like the Sales Extension for Chrome (and gmail), don't always work well.

Gives Amazing insight into multi channels and provides actionable data

Pros

I like being able to see who open my emails so I can build campaigns around this the call is warmer when I do call. It takes information from each source and turns it into actionable data

Cons

I guess if I was to say anything it would be price is a little high but its so worth it

I gained more insight into the effectiveness of my emails.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and that is is free. I downloaded and began using it within about 10 minutes which was a big advantage.

Cons

There is a limit to the number of emails you can track. As a sales representative I send thousands of emails a month. In fairness if I upgraded to the full paid version it allows you to track more emails I'm pretty sure.

Marketing automation, social media insights, and publishing as well as basic landing page creation.

Pros

The product features are fantastic. It is 100% scalable and is intuitive to a fault. I would be comfortable launching and enterprise on HubSpot as well as a small business.

Cons

The price point is definitely the biggest drawback. Since HubSpot is modular, you end up paying forever feature. The customer service is fine but they are always seemingly trying to get you to buy more and do more with them. It can come across as insensitive to your business needs.

A really good product easy to use

More insights about clients behaviour, which was helpful, but also frustrating at times.

Pros

We have used it for a long time (several reasons why we dont use it anymore) and we were very pleased with it. Absolute value for money as well. It was easy to install and work with it. To be able to see directly if someone was responding (or not) was fascinating and helped us keep contact with our clients.

Cons

Sometimes we would get to involved with one clients opening habits, over and over but never contacting us back.

The main benefit is the analytics platform (at least personally). It offers additional functionality over classic Google Analytics, and is also easier to use.

Pros

I used the free version of the analytics software, which provided pretty useful insight into the website traffic trends that I wanted

Cons

The UI can be somewhat difficult to navigate at times. Additionally, it is non-trivial to integrate the product into an existing project.

They called to provide insights about what our organization could be doing better with their software.

Cons

The design section needs help, and is very difficult to use. With all the technology out there now a days to build things drag and drop ready (like Squarespace, and Mailchimp), it is still very difficult to build your own landing pages or email templates. The templates one can buy or use for free are extremely difficult to update on your own.
