Never forget to follow up on a sale

Pros

We integrated HubSpot with our Intercom chat which meant that once a lead was created, we could follow it to a close.

Cons

I never had any issues while using HubSpot.

Jack of all trades, master of some

Pros

Hubspot is the perfect tool for SMEs (i.e. small team, small digital budget). It has everything you need to get started - website management, blogging, email marketing, social, chat tool and so on. We mainly use it for the email marketing functionality, which is where Hubspot shines. I appreciate that the email templates can be designed using a drag-and-drop functionality so I don't have to code templates from scratch, the integration with GoToWebinar and the workflows that can be set up to send nurture emails according to certain rules.

Cons

For example, the interface, flexibility and functionality of Intercom is far better Hubspot's chat tool.
