Versatility

2019-02-27

Incredible the amount of versatile options we have for improving and scaling up our business. Having all of our marketing tools in one suite is seamless and just makes sense!

Pros

Easy A/B testing lets me quickly iterate through options and scale up our activity.

Cons

It is quite dense with a difficult learning curve. That said, the help center was available for a bit longer than I'd expected for assistance (90 days).

LOVE the brand, love the tool

2018-02-23

Pros

I feel like HubSpot invented the inbound marketing concept and then built and iterated the best possible software to enable companies to do inbound.

Cons

If your used to WordPress (as I was). HubSpot will feel like drinking from a very expensive firehose. There is a lot to learn to get the most out of all of the tools. HubSpot does an awesome job of sharing best practice and training videos and support rocks, but it's still a helluva a lot to take in.

HubSpot changed how I do my job for the better

2017-09-27

Pros

They are also always iterating and improving.

Cons

For some time it may be a bit pricey. Also changes to the platform, aren't always announced. The latter should be expected however, given that the constant improvement cycles are what continues to help the platform grow.

Been HubSpotting for a While - Will Continue HubSpotting

2016-11-03

What's most impressive to me is their willingness and ability to iterate the product to meet evolving customer requirements.

Pros

If you are going to adopt inbound and you have a generous budget, this is the quickest path to an out-of-the-box program.

Cons

Pricey - not really affordable for smaller companies. But you probably can get by without HS until your revenue matches HS's price.

Great marketing automation system

2018-06-26

Hubspot is key to our marketing team's success. We would not be able to execute our primary marketing tactic -- inbound marketing -- without Hubspot.

Pros

Lastly, they are constantly iterating and adding new features.

Cons

It can be difficult to initially setup. It takes several weeks to have your website/blog design implemented into their content management system. There is certainly a learning curve, but once you figure it out it is easy to use.
