With the help of customer service and automatic segmentation feature we managed to reactivate about 25-30 of our emails, after that we remove the useless, dead emails.

Pros

The process of onboarding a customer is wonderful - I tried it as we tested the tool and they were really supportive. We managed to quite easily test some of the features. The design is very user-friendly, I enjoyed the UX they have.

Cons

It is quite pricey in comparison to some other marketing automation tools (as SalesManago etc.) - I am not sure if the number of features is higher or not as we did not have chance to use all of them. There is just too many for a medium business.

Marketing automation

Pros

We started using Hubspot about 3 months ago and already our marketing processes have been transformed. The functionality offered from Hubspot is incredible. Hubspot allows for marketing automation and the integration with our Shopify website is amazing. We can create lead forms in minutes and create workflows to track their success. The on-boarding process was faultless. The training we received was amazing, so we absolutely recommend!

Cons

The pricing is a little steep . Hubspot also lacks various social integrations. Currently Huspot only works with Facebook and Twitter, so this needs fixing.

Pros

I have been using HubSpot for more than a year and I like it so far. It has very convenient lead generation and tracking capabilities and allows me to see all of my potential, actual and past deals in one place. Card board is great and very easy to operate.

Cons

HubSpot Marketing CRM has very limited capabilities. If I want to upgrade the price will be very high.

It is extremely easy to use. The on-boarding and support process once you get in the premium segment of the user base is excellent.

Cons

Overall quality of product is pretty good, they offer great support, easy integration, good UI and many features for marketing needs. It took less then a day to set up, integrate and start using the platform. Free trial option is also very useful.

Cons

Pricing is high, and it would be nice to have more integration options. Other than that the product is good.
