I would say that it's a good tool to use the sales people are a little over promising in their pitch

Pros

I like that you can save template emails to send to specific people based on their sales journey. The development of the personas is nice too.

Cons

I haven't found a good way to integrate it with a lot of are unbounce lead software yet.
