Pros

They have a very easy platform to navigate and great resources to help you create great emails. The email analytics are very simple and straightforward and provide great detailed information.
It's a great tool for email automation, building out landing pages, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, and maintaining a blog. On top of that they provide great customer service 24/7.
I couldn't believe i was already done when my forms uploaded to my site. I love the tutorials...they not only help me with the software but give me great marketing ideas as well.

Pros

User Engage by being so easy, help me to track what visitors really want and likes. Thanks a lot for being helpful.
If you are into growth hacking this is something for you. The API is great: you can connect it with apps, crawlers or fb campaigns.
M a fan -- their WordPress integration is great and is able to pick up on user signups automatically.

Cons

The other downside is that the UX can be messy. Sometimes functions you've been using can be moved to another menu, which is very irritating.
M disappointed at the limited number of dashboards you can have with our plan. I am also disappointed at the # of templates we can have with our plan.
We've had connectivity issues with Instagram and Facebook. We were never able to get Instagram to connect properly, and while the Facebook connects, it will periodically disconnect with no warning.
